Operations Management Trainee Program

Shaws Operations Management Trainee program offers participants a strong foundation for a successful career. Participants gain hands-on experience in all processes involved with the manufacturing and distribution of products to customers. Additionally, participants learn vital management and leadership techniques by interacting with employees, directors, plant managers, and executives throughout the ten-week program.

Other classes and assignments allow participants to demonstrate their process knowledge, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and abilities to perform as part of a team. Participants also gain a strong understanding of Shaws culture and core values.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants interview for assignments within manufacturing, distribution/logistics, human resources, engineering, Six Sigma, and many other areas.
