SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Caress™ by Shaw Floors Pin to Win Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on April 11, 2013 at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 23, 2013 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official Sweepstakes' clock. No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes. During the Sweepstakes Period, there will be six (6) separate Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Periods as set forth in Section 7.

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to entrants who are either (a) legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the 50 United States/District of Columbia for the Sweepstakes and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry, or (b) Canadian residents who are physically residing in Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who are over the age of majority in their province/territory of residence as of the date of entry. Void in the Province of Quebec, Puerto Rico, the United States Territories and Possessions, elsewhere and where prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of Puerto Rico, the United States Territories and Possessions, and the Province of Quebec are ineligible to enter or win. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, as well as their immediate family (e.g., spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee of such entities (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") are ineligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations.

To enter the Sweepstakes, each entrant must already have or create accounts on both Facebook^® at www.facebook.com and Pinterest^® at www.pinterest.com. Facebook and Pinterest accounts may be created free of charge. Creation of a Facebook account requires entrant to agree to the Facebook terms of service and privacy policy set forth by Facebook, available at http://www.facebook.com/policies/. Creation of a Pinterest account requires entrant to agree to the Pinterest terms of service and privacy policy set forth by Pinterest, available at www.pinterest.com/terms.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Participation in this Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and/or Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a Periodic Sweepstakes Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Period, an Entrant must enter the Sweepstakes by logging on to Facebook at www.facebook.com/shawfloors (the "Page"), and navigate to the Sweepstakes app (the "App"). The App contains a gallery of Sponsor-provided images that the entrant must use in the Sweepstakes as directed below. To enter the Sweepstakes, the entrant must complete each of the following steps: (1) create a board on Pinterest called "The Softness I Love" (a "Board"); (2) pin one (1) of the four (4) provided cover images available on the App (the "Cover Image") to his/her Board; (3) pin at least one (1) of the Sponsor-provided color images available on the App (the "Color Image"); (4) pin at least one (1) of the Sponsor-provided style images available on the App (the "Style Image"); (5) pin at least one (1) image of an item the entrant thinks fits the description of "the softest things"; and (6) upon completing his/her Board, logon to the App and enter the requested information which includes, but is not limited to, his/her e-mail address and the URL to his/her Board in the Sweepstakes entry form (the "Sweepstakes Entry"). Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per entrant during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

An entrant's Board must contain at least the four (4) required images as described above to be eligible. Entrant must follow all Pinterest rules and guidelines in creating the Board.

Except with respect to the Sponsor-provided images made available on the App, entrant pins images at his/her sole risk and the Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for any claims arising from the entrant's Board, specifically including, but not limited to, claims for intellectual property infringement and privacy rights violations, as well as violations of Pinterest's terms of service. Entrants may not pin any images that are potentially offensive, feature recognizable people who have not provided consent or that originate from an unknown or proprietary source. All images accessible to an entrant on the App are available for use and re-pinning by entrant. Entrant may not pin any other images to his/her Board unless the entrant can verify that pinning the image does not violate the rights of any other person or company. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any contest entries that do not comply with the above terms and are otherwise inappropriate for any reason, including, but not limited to, for depicting or mentioning sex, violence, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, obscenities or defamatory, disparaging or inappropriate language, or any other content deemed offensive in Sponsor's sole discretion.

In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the Authorized Account Holder, as that term is defined below, of the e-mail address used to register the Pinterest account hosting the Board provided in the Sweepstakes Entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The potential Sweepstakes winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification

Non-winning Sweepstakes Entries will roll over from one Periodic Sweepstakes Period to subsequent Periodic Sweepstakes Periods during the Sweepstakes Period. Each eligible Sweepstakes Entry will be part of the pool for the Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period which ends on the date that the Sweepstakes Entry was received by the Sponsor and for all future Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Periods.

All potentially winning Sweepstakes Entries and Periodic Sweepstakes Prize Winners are subject to confirmation and/or verification and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator. Limit one (1) Prize per person/address/household.
PERIODIC SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING PERIODS FOR PERIODIC PRIZES: During the Sweepstakes Period, the Administrator will randomly draw one (1) potential "Periodic Prize Winner" for each Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period in accordance with the following schedule:

PERIODIC PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):

Periodic Prize (6 for the entire Sweepstakes Period, 1 for each Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period): Each Periodic Prize Winner will receive a USD $2,000 Shaw Floors Gift Card ("Gift Card"). The ARV of each Periodic Prize is $2,000 USD/ $2,045.40 CAD.

Each Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the Gift Card. The use of a Gift Card constitutes the user's acceptance of the Gift Card's terms and conditions. Periodic Prize Winner should read the terms and conditions on the Gift Card carefully. Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise and installation services and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Gift Card will not be replaced or replenished if it is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without the Periodic Prize Winner's permission and will be voided if altered or defaced.
Odds of Winning a Periodic Prize: The odds of winning a Periodic Prize depends on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received during each Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period.
ARV: The ARV of all Prizes in this Sweepstakes is $12,000 USD/ $12,272.40 CAD.

PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION AND FULFILLMENT: Each potential Periodic Prize Winner will be notified by e-mail that he/she has been selected as a potential Periodic Prize Winner. If a potential Periodic Prize Winner is a United States resident, he/she will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit"), which will be sent with the e-mail notification and must be received by Administrator within ten (10) calendar days of the date that it is sent by Administrator in order to claim his/her Periodic Prize. If the potential Periodic Prize Winner is a resident of Canada, he/she must sign and return a Declaration of Compliance ("Declaration"), which will be sent with the e-mail notification and must be received by Administrator within ten (10) calendar days of the date that it is sent in order to claim his/her Prize.

If a potential Periodic Prize Winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Declaration within the required time period, is not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if Periodic Prize notification e-mail is returned as undeliverable, the potential Periodic Prize Winner forfeits the Periodic Prize. If a Periodic Prize is forfeited for any reason, another potential Periodic Prize Winner will be randomly chosen from the pool of remaining eligible Sweepstakes Entries received in the applicable Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period for the Periodic Prize. Acceptance of a Prize shall constitute and signify each Periodic Prize Winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor and its designees may use the Periodic Prize Winner's name, city, state/province/territory, likeness, photo, entry and/or Prize information in connection with Sweepstakes, advertising or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including the Internet, without limitation and without further payment, notification, permission or other consideration, except where prohibited by law.

Allow 6 to 8 weeks from the time of Periodic Prize notification for verification and shipment of each Periodic Prize. No more than six (6) Periodic Prizes will be awarded. Each Periodic Prize will be sent to the Periodic Prize Winner's home address as provided when registering for the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding the Periodic Prize for any reason.

Sponsor or Administrator will attempt to award any unclaimed Periodic Prize to an alternate Periodic Prize Winner three (3) times. If after three (3) attempts to award a Periodic Prize has not been awarded, Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion may choose not to award a Periodic Prize.

The right to receive a Periodic Prize is non-assignable, non-transferrable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value In case of unavailability of a prize or force majeure. Periodic Prizes will only be awarded to verified Periodic Prize Winners.
CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY, CLAIMING A PRIZE: For Canadian residents only, to be declared a Periodic Prize Winner, each potential Canadian resident must answer correctly without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question posed by e-mail which must be answered correctly before the Canadian resident is declared to be a Periodic Prize Winner. If a selected potential Periodic Prize Winner fails to correctly answer the question, he/she will be disqualified and another Sweepstakes Entry will be randomly chosen from the pool of remaining eligible Sweepstakes Entries received in the applicable Periodic Sweepstakes Drawing Period Periodic Prize.
TAXES AND OTHER EXPENSES: EACH POTENTIAL PERIODIC PRIZE WINNER IS SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS REQUIREMENT THAT HE/SHE SUBMIT TO SPONSOR ALL DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED BY SPONSOR TO PERMIT SPONSOR TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, STATE, TERRITORIAL AND LOCAL TAX REPORTING AND WITHHOLDING REQUIREMENTS. ALL TAXES IMPOSED ON PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH PERIODIC PRIZE WINNER.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an alternate Periodic Prize of equal or greater value in the event all or part of a prize set forth above becomes unavailable. Periodic Prizes are non-substitutable and, except at Sponsor's sole discretion, non-transferable. All federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations apply. Participation in any phase of this Sweepstakes constitutes agreement by the entrant to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.
PRIVACY: Each entrant agrees that personal data, including but not limited to, name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering the Sweepstakes. Further, this data may also be used by Sponsor to verify an entrant's identity, complete and valid address, postal address and telephone number in the event an entrant qualifies for any applicable Periodic Prize as well as to deliver the applicable Periodic Prize, in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy found at http://www.shawfloors.com/Privacy-Policy. If an entrant does not provide the required data when requested, his/her Sweepstakes Entry will be ineligible for any Periodic Prize.
PUBLICITY RIGHTS: By entering the Promotion and/or accepting a Prize, entrants agree to allow Sponsor and/or Sponsor's designee the perpetual right to use their name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, Sweepstakes Entry and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered including live television, worldwide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law
ELIMINATION: Any false information provided within the context of the Sweepstakes by any entrant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, ownership of right or any other non-compliance with these Official Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the entrant and/or Sweepstakes Entry from the Sweepstakes. If it is discovered or suspected, in Sponsor's sole discretion, that an entrant has registered or attempted to register for the Promotion using multiple e-mail addresses or identities, or if an entrant plays or attempts to receive more than one (1) Game Play in a day, all of that entrant's Game Plays, in Sponsor's sole discretion, may be declared null and void and any prize(s) he/she might have been entitled to will not be awarded to him/her. Any entrant suspected of or found by Sponsor to be entering by automatic, programmed, script, bot, third-party or otherwise fraudulent method, in Sponsor's sole discretion, will be disqualified and all Sweepstakes Entries made by such methods will be discounted. If an entrant is suspected of submitting fraudulent Sweepstakes Entries or of inciting others to submit fraudulent Sweepstakes Entries on his/her behalf such Sweepstakes Entries will be void and that entrant may be disqualified and his/her Sweepstakes Entries be removed, in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person found or suspected of tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
INTERNET: Sweepstakes Entities (including Facebook, Inc. and Pinterest, Inc.) are not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Sweepstakes and post such notice at the App. In the event the Sweepstakes is canceled, terminated, modified and/or suspended, Sponsor will randomly select the Periodic Prize Winners from the eligible Sweepstakes Entries received prior to such event. In the event a dispute arises regarding a specific individual entitled to receive a Periodic Prize, a Sweepstakes Entry will be declared made by the "authorized e-mail account holder" and any damage made to the Page will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized e-mail account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access Provider, Online Service Provider or other organization (business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the Entrant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES (INCLUDING FACEBOOK, INC. AND PINTEREST, INC.), THEIR AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR SWEEPSTAKES AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Sweepstakes Entities (including Facebook, Inc. and Pinterest, Inc.) assume no responsibility for undeliverable e-mails resulting from any cause, including any form of active or passive e-mail filtering by a user's Internet Service Provider and/or e-mail client or for insufficient space in user's e-mail account to receive e-mails. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities (including Facebook, Inc. and Pinterest, Inc.), their affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, the "Releasees") from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, use or misuse of a Periodic Prize, participation, or inability to participate in Sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes Entries or any Sweepstakes-related activity. Releasees are not responsible for printing errors or for lost, late, unintelligible, misdirected, incomplete, damaged or garbled Sweepstakes Entries or any other documents. Releasees are not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer, hardware, software, programming or interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, network malfunction, or other technical failures or errors, or failure to properly process entries; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including inability to access the Page, the App, Pinterest.com, create a board, submit a Sweepstakes Entry, or other disruption related to Internet traffic, virus, bug, or non-authorized intervention; (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access of the Page, the App or Pinterest.com, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or (d) incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Page/App/Pinterest.com users or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in the Sweepstakes. Proof of submitting information at App is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Releasees shall not be liable to any Periodic Prize Winner or any other person for failure to supply a Periodic Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God; any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entities (whether or not they prove to be valid); equipment failure; terrorist acts; earthquake; fire; flood; war; explosion; unusually severe weather; hurricane; embargo; labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal); labor or material shortage; transportation interruption of any kind; work slow-down; civil disturbance; insurrection; riot; or any other cause beyond Sponsor's sole control. Releasees shall not be liable to any Periodic Prize Winner or any other person for damage to such person's computer or its contents.
DISPUTES:EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW The Sweepstakes is governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of GEORGIA, USA and the forum and venue for any dispute shall be in THE STATE OF GEORGIA, USA If THE controversy or claim is not otherwise resolved through direct discussions or mediation, it shall THEN be resolved by FINAL AND binding arbitration administered by JUDICIAL ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION SERVICES, INC., in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures or subsequent versions thereof ("JAMS Rules"). The JAMS Rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be experienced and licensed to practice law in THE STATE OF GEORGIA, USA All proceedings brought pursuant to this paragraph will be conducted in THE STATE OF GEORGIA, USA THE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL DAMAGES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY PARTY BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES OR OTHER SUCH RELATED COSTS OF BRINGING A CLAIM, OR TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR ANY OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF. ANY DEMAND FOR ARBITRATION MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE TIME THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUED, OR THE CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE FOREVER BARRED.

Further, entrants hereby waive all rights, to: (i) claim punitive, exemplary, special, incidental, indirect and consequential damages and any other damages (whether due to negligence or otherwise), other than for actual out-of pocket costs; and (ii) have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Entrants agree that the rights and obligations of any entrant and/or Sweepstakes Entities and/or any other party shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
GENERAL: All federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right, to disqualify any entrant found, in its sole opinion, to be tampering with the operation of the Sweepstakes; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike manner or with the intent to disrupt the normal operation of this Sweepstakes. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like methods to participate in the Sweepstakes will void any attempted participation effected by such methods and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY PAGE, APP, BOARD, OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If any provision of these Official Rules or any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or other portion thereof should be held unenforceable or invalid for any reason, then that provision or portion thereof shall be modified or deleted in such manner as to render the remaining provisions of these Official Rules valid and enforceable. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Instant Prize documents will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. Sponsor's and/or Administrator's interpretation of these Official Rules is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision and such provision shall remain in full force and effect. All Sweepstakes Entries and/or materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of any conflict with any Sweepstakes details contained in these Official Rules and Sweepstakes details contained in any promotional materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television and print advertising, promotional packaging and other promotional media), the details of the Sweepstakes as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.
