This warranty is limited to replacement of defective flooring materials only. This warranty does not cover problems arising from improper maintenance, misuse or abuse, color deviations from samples, improper installations, or problems caused by structural movement/deficiencies in the base or subfloor.
Due to the variation in shade, texture, and size of ceramic tile and grout (dye lot variation) it may not be possible to match dye lot of customer's existing tile and grout. If original dye lots are not available, the closest available dye lots will be provided. Unless otherwise set forth in writing and subject to the warranties above, ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY THAT THE GOODS SHALL BE FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.
Remedies for incidental or consequential damages are also expressly excluded. The warranty provided above applies solely to the original purchaser and for installations of a permanent nature only. Warranty is not assignable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
