They are my flooring / title go to for any job! They just completed the tiling of our shower in our master bath. My Sales Rep, Tammy Tompkins, was FABULOUS!! The installers were very friendly & professional; and on top of that, they did a FANTASTIC job. TOP NOTCH work I have to say so myself. They WOWED me so much that I am moving forward with the complete remodel of my masterbath. Weber Flooring / Joe's Carpet is going to be who I go to for the floor tile and tiling around the bath tub. Also, they will see me in the future when I redo our kitchen and hardwoods! I can't say enough how wonderful all around they did!
I bought carpet for three rooms and luxury vinyl planking for the rest of the house, all through the Costco connection. There were so many choices. There was never any pressure to buy; I took a couple of months to do so. The gentleman who measured the floors was very polite, and accurate. The crews who came in to install were both quite good. There were a couple of unwanted surprises on the installation end, but everything got worked out.
We had a great experience buying and having our carpeting installed by Weber Flooring. We highly recommend.

We purchased new carpeting for our home from Weber Carpeting. Our salesperson, Tammy, was knowledgeable and helped us choose the best product in our price range. Julie Baker walked us thru the process with patience and knowledge, a team to fix the floor squeaks were recommended Scott who took measurements and the installers were polite, efficient and provided a quality install in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Joe's Carpet! We were very happy with the installation. The installers came right on time, were very professional, did not blast loud music, got right to work and got the job done quickly and well. No complaints at all!

Thanks to our salesman George Walker who came to our house to measure and brought samples. We selected Shaw luxury vinyl tile to replace in our dining room carpet and it looks great. Our installers did an incredible job and we were extremely pleased with the entire process.

We had an install on carpet and vinyl done last week. It was fast and efficient, probably could've used more padding under the carpet as it is lower quality but I guess that's what we paid for. When I asked for a discount all they could offer was to rip up the carpet myself. So to even get close to the price I wanted, I had to rip up and dispose of all the carpet and remove every staple from the floors even though I had other estimates lower including rip up and disposal. After all that work they dropped the price $+/-200 to appease me but it wasn't close to the $5500 quote I got from Empire for the same exact product. They claim they gave me a discount, and they will claim here they did again and again but all they did was take money off the project because I did the work myself. We were rushed to make a deposit before the sale of our house and when the appraisal came back short we were hindered in making a payment straight up. I tried negotiating a lower price but they wouldn't help us out given the circumstances. I even informed them that I had two other estimates (Empire and Legacy) come in significantly lower than their offer was but I went with them despite that fact because I believe in shopping local and helping the local community and they still couldn't help us out. And they responded with hostility and aggressively urged me to pay the same day. They wouldn't even give me a few days to find the money. If you have flooring needs call Empire or Legacy first. I guess the local company is a bit more greedy than those national carpet and flooring corporations.We'll just go to Home Depot next time and do the job ourselves.

Mr. Pakdel is misrepresenting the situation. Mr Pakdel had a total job target of $6000. We came in below this by discounting his purchase price by $564. And we agree to help him out by allowing him to pay a deposit of only 17% of the purchase price, much lower than company policy, to help him out with his closing of his house- with his agreement that if we did that he would promptly pay the balance after completion. After the job was complete our sales associate informed Mr. Pakdel that we had some additional prep work resulting in an additional $60.00 in charges. Mr. Pakdel said that he did not feel he should have to pay that since it was not on our quote. We agreed to not charge that. Then our sales associate asked about the quality of the install and Peter stated the install was good but he would like an additional discount- lower than the agreed upon price. He asked for an additional $500.00 to be taken off. Our sales associate informed him we had already discounted it as much as possible. Mr Pakdel continued to ask for discounts after he was told we could not. Finally he agreed to come in today with a check to pay his balance but was not happy we would not discount his quality installed job further. Also, his assertions that he had better quotes from Armstrong and Empire must be incorrect since Armstrong does not sell to the general public. For us, Empire has not been a factor when it comes to price competition.

We're on our second house and using Weber again. They also carpeted after part of our house flooded just before Christmas. They went above and beyond to get the job done quickly before the holidays. The sales people, consultant/measurement person and installers are always on time, courteous, excellent craftsmanship and wonderful about cleaning up afterwards.

Very poor customer service. Phone calls are not returned and the manager would rather forego business rather than fix mistakes or try to help the customer out. The sales staff is unorganized and cannot even keep papers in order while you are sitting at their desk. Pricing was higher than their competitors after we received other quotes. Had to cancel and order that would have amounted to over 7k. Save yourself the time and frustration, there are other businesses in the area that will actually treat you right.
Very poor job on wrapping the stairs
I agree with the review. The installer did forget to finish his upholstery on some of the stairs. He failed to inspect his work when completed. In this case we warrant one star. We will fix it and if there are any issues down the road it is covered by our Lifetime Installation Warranty.
Weber Flooring was recommended to us from a close friend shortly after we purchased our new home. We knew we needed carpet immediately and quickly began the hunt for the best options around. We had look at a few others before getting the recommendation but once we visited Pat at Weber Flooring we dismissed the other contenders! The first step was having one of Weber's technicians come to our home to do a free estimate. Our technician was very professional and thorough. A couple of days later we visited the storefront to see what options we had. Let me tell you we had plenty! There's a huge selection of any type of flooring you can imagine & they have a ton of options in stock so you can get your flooring installed ASAP which was awesome since Lowes told us there was a minimum 30 day installation wait. All prices were marked which made it easy to determine what was in our budget & what wasn't. They had a wide selection of carpets and pads which allowed us to make a thorough decision that we were happy with. Once we got everything picked out, Pat quickly tallied up the total cost for materials and installation and we chose a date that worked well for install. While they do contract their installation work to other companies, they only use a select few that meet their standards. I can attest to that, as we just had our carpets installed today and the two gentlemen were fantastic. They were professional, thorough and did an overall fantastic job. We are so excited and thankful for the Weber Flooring recommendation and will be sure to utilize this business in the future! P.S.-They have a ton of services and products (laminate flooring, hardwood, tile etc.) and also offer a lifetime guarantee!

Very disappointed with customer service. I have had one box of screws on order for nearly a month. I can never get anyone to call me back, can never get a status on my order, every time I go by, I hear that it is "at distribution". This is now my second bad experience with Weber Carpet where they cannot seem to get an order actually filled.

We purchased a pattern carpet for our two level staircase. It was installed yesterday by their installers. I am extremely pleased with our interactions with all of those associated with the purchase and installation of our carpeting. The person who came to take measurements was right on time, polite and efficient and had the results back at the store within several minutes so that we were able to visit the store to finalize our purchase. Our salesperson was new, but was ably and evidently supported by two seasoned sales people who guided her to ask the right questions, understand the responses and to write up the order in a manner that conveyed what we agreed and as instructions for the installers. During our deliberations my calls to the store were answered promptly and calls promised to me were made on time. The sales team showed us several alternatives for the pattern anddifferent quality carpeting as we selected what we wanted. Since it was to be installed on stairs they discussed alternative methods of wrapping the stairs and the advantages of each. they clearly showed how the pattern would be installed and the matches that would occur. Joe's promptly scheduled the installation. The installers arrived about 12:30 pm yesterday. The pair of them work very hard and steadily until the project was completed about 4 pm. As with the other contacts from Joe's they were extremely polite. They verified with me that the carpeting they brought was what I had ordered. Once the first step was prepared they asked me to look at it to make sure it was as I expected. They cleaned up well. They had even brought their own vacuum cleaner to both clean the new carpet, but also to pick of the threads that had been cut off and deposited on the adjacent area. The installations looks tremendous. There are no apparent seams, even where I know that are seams. There are no visible staples or nails or loose threads. We were provided with appropriate information at every step of the process. I cannot think of anything more that Joe's could have possibly done.

They saved me a lot of money on my whole house of carpet. Their installers did a great job and left my house clean and looking new. I would recommend then to all of my friends. Donna was my salesperson and fantastic to work with.

Weber Flooring installed my floors. Everything is perfect and they offer a Life Time Warranty so if anything happens I know i'm covered.

HORRIBLE Customer Servive.... First they forgot to order my tile. The day I went to pick it up, they let me know that it was not in yet becuase my order had "slipped through the cracks." At the time I ordered the tile, I was assured that any unused tile could be returned for a 30% restocking fee. However, 2 weeks later when I went to return the unused tile, I was told that it depended on the manufactor and that the boxes had to be unopened. I was also told that I could only work with my salesperson on returning the tile. Well after leaving 3 messages and NEVER getting a return phone call I finally talked to the manager. The manager assured me that he would speak to my salesperson and get back to me the next day....which he NEVER did.... I would not use this place, as they obviously do not care about the customer.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Weber Flooring has been in business for over 35 years and we strive to give our customers the best experience possible.
