Our closing was delayed by 2 days and they were very accommodating. Rescheduled work to complete it before our furniture arrived

Terrible Service!! I purchased carpet for 2 houses. Carpet was supposed to installed on Monday 8/22. I called on Friday before to confirm and was told I was on the schedule. Monday comes and no carpet. I called and was told I was removed from the schedule but they could come on Tuesday. Not acceptable! Scheduling said that sales knew they could not install the carpet on Monday and were supposed to call me, but did not. At 5pm 1 guy showed up to install 4 rooms of carpet. Finally at 7pm another guy showed. At 11pm they still had not finished. They said they would come back on Wednesday at 8am to finish but its now 9:30 and no carpet installers have showed!!! I am going to cancel my order for the second house.
Purchased CRT Flooring through Costco in Katy, Texas. Install of carpet in three rooms is good. Laminated vinyl flooring was not installed properly Insufficient amount of fill to level the floors. Bumps, rolls and hollow places throughout. Install team was focused on doing a two day install instead of the three needed. Did not arrive with sufficient fill to level floor on day one. Did not bring any to job site on day two because fill takes 24 hours to set up. Although sales agreed in contract to three day install, the team install leader prevailed forcing the work in two days, finishing at 9:00 PM. Sales "forgot" to mention toilets would be removed and we would be responsible for plumber/replacement. Entry was vinyl was "overlooked" by sales on order and pricing invoice after meeting competitors price. Attempts to resolve install issues have revealed that three local install team leaders apparently do not return phone calls from Regional Manager. Should have gone with local independent flooring company instead of Costco partner who is not Costco.
We went to the Store and Keith immediately helped us by showing some options to install wood floors and replace our carpet in 3 rooms. No pressure, made my wife and I feel very welcome. He set up and appointment to come to our home and gave us a very good proposal. The nice thing about the price is it is one price per square foot to do the job. This includes furniture moving, removal of the existing carpet, minor fixes of the floor to ensure no dips and clicking when walk on it, and lastly the highest quality installation. We are getting an estimate from one other company for our peace of mind in that we have the best deal. That said I anticipate that our go to will be CRT Flooring Concepts (projections show a $2,000 plus savings).
I received horrible customer service from CRT Flooring. One of the sales people insulted his associate in front of me and said "she doesn't know what she's doing". He completely degraded her in front of me and it was extremely unprofessional. Also, I never received a call with information on installation. I had to call them back at least 5 times and then finally somebody called me back. I left messages with Travis the manager that also went un-returned. I was not happy at all with my experience.
Once again CRT Flooring fails! I have had 3 appointments set now with CRT Flooring to come fix their product, and I have been stood up 3 times now. This is the worst service I have ever had in my life! I was told repeatedly that someone would show up all to have no shows. I had to follow up with the customer service representatives after I was told multiple times they would call me with updates all to have hours pass and no phone calls. I should be charging them for my time that they have wasted.
We wanted to replace the carpet in our new house and used CRT flooring services. Keith Knodel was our sales agent. Keith was patient, knowledgeable, and is a pro in this business. Because of him we got a great deal as well as a quick replacement. Let me elaborate: 1. CRT price beat the price by Lowe's, Home Dept, and highly rated Atlas Flooring, and Abbey Flooring by at least 75 cents per square foot. For a 1000 square foot size carpet (a lower-side estimate), the savings are $750! 2. Other competitors will charge you extra for carpet removal, padding, stairs, labor (or some combination), getting estimates but CRT will put everything into the cost of carpet per square foot and yet be cheaper than others. 3. Most of the other companies we went to, told us that it will take them anywhere between 10 days to 6 weeks for replacement. CRT got our carpets replaced in 7 days from selection to old carpet removal to putting new carpet. Postscript: Keith took measurements in our house. Initially, we were skeptical of his estimated size of 1350 square foot. When the carpet installers finished, they were left with a total of 12 square foot of carpet. So Keith was accurate within 12/1350 x 100 = 0.9%. That man, Keith, is a pro. We would highly recommend Keith and CRT flooring!

I'm from San Antonio so when I moved to Austin I was THRILLED there are CRT's here too! I always recommend CRT to my friends in SA when they are renovating due to my past experiences at the one on 1604. The staff has always been really helpful, the selection is outrageous and the prices are beyond competitive. You get to see, touch, feel so many more options at a showroom like this than you do at the big box stores. I guess because they are specializing in 1 thing they just know how to do it more than the reps in home improvement stores.

I was amazed at how condescending Paula the sales woman was. She has never been to our home but she had comment after comment how awful our home was and how we should redo all our floors. She also let us know several times how "hopelessly out of date" our home is. Those were her words. She also was proud of how many times she said it, at one point she smiled and said that is the fourth time I've told you this. The man who came out to measure out floors measured incorrectly. We went to CRT because of the Costco Kiosk. I think Costco would be appalled, they have such high standards. CRT fails.

Wow. Not sure where to start. Costco in Austin uses this company. The CertaPro painters through Costco we used last year were A+ awesome, but the rep from CRT that wasted our time is a HUGE black eye on Costco and an embarrassment to anyone in the sales/service industry. Not even going to go into detail for what it took for us to obtain an overdue, incorrect and incomplete quote. Bottom line--I wouldn't trust them to recover the floor in my dog house. Maybe it was the sales rep's first day... and he was drunk... all week... and retarded. Legit-looking website, but incompetent sales staff.

We went in on a Saturday picked out the tile that we loved and had the job finished by the next week. They were so easy to work with. If you go there ask for Paula. She was amazing at helping us stick within our budget and get the job done before our party! The two men that put in the floor were very helpful and super fast! I can't say enough good things about this experience!
