Your charging my grandmother $6,000 to do 3 rooms which only total up to 118 sq. Yard ...are you serious? I do construction and I know you ripped her off

They have a wide variety of flooring and the pricing is fair. Rugs to tile to carpeting to linoleum so thing full service flooring and you’ve got their shop. The name covers it.

My husband and I visited this store on Tuesday and I have to say they were wonderful to us. As soon as we entered they greeted us and ask if we needed any help. They helped us look for the type and color of tile I wanted and told us they would work with us any way they could. We will be returning!
They are the worst flooring company I have ever dealt with. They were suppose to come out and measure for our new carpet so we could order it and have it installed before we moved in. The realtor came to unlock the door for them and they just never showed up. When I called them about it the next day they said an employee had left sick and they were short staffed. However, they never even bother to call and let the realtor know they couldn't make it. Then because they didn't come to measure when they were suppose to we had to buy a carpet in stock because there wasn't enough time to order carpet and have it in before we moved. So we picked a carpet out in the store and on the day we moved in needless to say we were very shocked because they did not lay the carpet we picked out. It wasn't even the same color!!! Unfortunately we had already paid for it. So when we went to the store to confront them they said, "oh well we thought that was the one you wanted". They never offered to relay the carpet we had actually chosen or to give us a discount since the carpet they put down was a much cheaper carpet then we had picked out. I will tell anyone that asks me where to get carpet not to go there!!!!

We wanted a wooden floor put in. Â We were promised someone would come Monday afternoon to do exact measurements; no one showed up. Â Called the business Tuesday morning and they said they would check on what happened and call me right back. Â Several hours later, someone called me back and said they would come by that afternoon...guess what...no one showed up. Â I guess they don't need the business and they lost mine.

November 2012, I decided to buy laminate flooring for three bedrooms and a hallway. My experience with Floorz is ridicules. The day I bought the floor they charged me for extra material that was not needed for the specific floor I ordered. Additionally they sold me to many and the wrong color of the thresholds but did not want to reimburse me properly. They were also not happy because I did not want to use their installer. Â If you think that is bad you have not heard the rest of this monkey business. Â The floor was second hand material from Home Legend. Once the floor was installed I noticed elevations on the edges of the panels. I called them and they blamed my installer. Eventually, they wrote Home Legend about the damage and Home Legend sent an unqualified floor inspector who stated that he cannot determine when the damage happened but under cause he wrote "installation". I appealed the decision and did not hear from Home Legend for month. When I called to see what my status is of my appeal, they informed me that they have nothing on file and wanted to know which address I send the appeal to. I answered to the address they had on their letter. Bottom line, they gave me an old address to send my appeal to and then got nasty on the phone about me hiring an inspector myself. When I asked for the correct address they would not disclose it and told me I had to go through Floorz to put in my appeal. This is the worst experience of my life. I spent $ 4000 on a second hand product and I am expected to be happy while they pocket my money and don't disclose the appeal process or want to make good on their mistake. I would not recommend or ever spent my money at Floorz or on Home Legend products.

service is horrible and is either not knowledgeable or withholds information about the faultiness of the poor products they sell. Â Asked for a 6x9 remnant to be bound into a rug and instead gave me a 5x11 and did not disclose that this particular carpet flakes and leaves a horrible mess. Â AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED

Should be called Carpetz
The inside of the building is pretty neat as it displays a vast variety of carpets of all hues and textures. The room I am currently has a carpet installed by the Floorz team. The carpet installers are nice and even helped us move a some furniture.
