I called and canceled the flooring I ordered to find out 3weeks later when the bank had not received a refund that my flooring had not been canceled and was going to be installed the following day. Jackie tried arguing with me saying that Tom my salesman had called and told me. I told her that I could pull my cell phone records to show her that no one called me from BHF. She then tried to back step. I rushed home and prepared my house for the new flooring since I was going to be charged a return fee since the salesman didn't cancel. The floor installers did not finish and I have called numerous times trying to reach Jackie to have the installers return to finish. She has not returned my calls. I paid over $4000 and have been treated like a jobless person seeking a handout. This company has the worse customer service I've ever dealt with. To top it off no one from the company has called to see how the flooring process is going. To top it off the installers were new to the company, so one would think they would want to know about the quality of the work. But no...

Initially the service at BH Flooring was fine and pretty normal compared to other flooring retailers I have worked with in the recent past. I was however, quite surprised that the rep didn't call to check how their 3rd party installation went once it was complete. A couple months later I needed to purchase additional transition for doorways and found out that I had paid for 3x's more transition than what was used in my house, and the installer took the left overs. When I asked the person in the store why I had to pay for it again, he had no answer and said that he would have the initial rep I worked with call me. He never did. I spent thousands for the floor and expected better service and consideration.
