A Note From Shaw Floors

Over the past several weeks, we have seen the spread of COVID-19 increase exponentially. Shaw teams are monitoring this extremely fluid situation and adjusting our enterprise response accordingly. We wanted to take this opportunity
to share more about what we’re doing as a company to protect our customers and associates, and ensure business continuity.

HEALTH + SAFETY
The health and safety of our associates and their families, our customers, and the communities where we operate, is paramount. Travel and visitor restrictions are in place at Shaw to help limit the spread of the virus. Our associates are encouraged to avoid in-person meetings and leverage other communications channels to minimize contact and avoid travel. Enhanced cleaning and disinfecting procedures are in place at all Shaw facilities, and associates are following CDC-recommended hygiene guidelines. We recommend following the CDC Guidelines for disinfecting your home if someone is sick . Additionally, for everyday floor covering cleaning and maintenance, we offer an assortment of cleaning products  for all your carpet and hard surface needs.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS
The COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact us all. Due to the disruption of business associated with COVID-19, we have temporarily suspended some of our manufacturing operations. Our operations will ramp back up over time based on market demand. We have implemented a very thorough process to review all local and state "stay at home" orders and currently we do not anticipate any major service disruptions.
