AVOID AT ALL COST!! I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST! This company was truly awful to deal with, from the sales staff, to the sales manager and through to the owner. I am pretty sure they hate their customers as they treat them like the pest.I could spend all day writing about how horrible this company is, but I try to stick to the "LOW"lights.. - Despite promising that the flooring would arrive 1 week after ordering (we have this in writing too!). The flooring showed up 2.5 weeks later. Had to move my family into a demolished house with plywood flooring as all work inside had to stop until the flooring arrived. - Called every morning for the last week to see when the flooring would arrive. NEVER got anyone to call me back! Had to keep calling several times before I got the standard response, "it's here tomorrow", which it inevitably never was. I kept having workers show up for work and had to send them home. Finally I called the franchisor. They responded the same day, and the next day I finally got my ONE AND ONLY return call from Nufloor. - Got several calls and emails when they wanted the remaining balance on the flooring settled. Had many great conversations with the sales manager and owner where they refused to discuss what had happened and our experience of the total breakdown of the entire process. They tried to lie and say they were not aware there was a problem, but that did not fly. They simply demanded their payment in full for goods delivered and threatened our contractor with small claims court if he did not get us to pay in full. - No point in booking an appointment. The lady we were scheduled to see will leave you hanging for at least 30 minutes while she talks to other customers, even being well aware you have an appointment. Don't hold your breath for an apology for the time you just wasted - this happens all the time apparently. - Want to order your floor/tile? Well, hope you like sending several emails, because no one really wants to process your order.. Just do yourself a huge favour and AVOID this place. As someone else wrote in an earlier review, there are so many great companies that would actually appreciate your business.
Excellent service from staff. Definitely happy with my flooring and will be dealing here again
I had a bad experience here dealing with Dale. Didn't get a great vibe and felt the attitude from Dale was disrespectful. In the end I took my business elsewhere. There are places in Kelowna that will treat you better. Don't waste your time and money here.

This NuFloors in Kelowna was a disaster - literally. They messed up the original to be even worse that it was in the first place! - After having picked out our samples, we waited longer than expected for the product to arrive. I know there can be delays, but once it arrived, it had defects and had to be returned. Tried again (had to wait again.. delaying our project even more) and had the same problem. Quality control, or checking would have saved me the head ache of going there and back... with all of my kids. - Finally NuFloors scheduled a worker to arrive, but they didn't show up 'til mid afternoon. The installation of the product took SO LONG, for such a short amount of work. I was clocking their hours. - We had a special job of some pebble tiling to be completed, and were assured that their best guy was on the job. When he arrived, he took and look and said, "Nope, can't do that," and he walked out on us. This happened twice. - All of these hassles messed up the scheduling for our other trades people.. which was a head ache in itself. - NuFloors workers billed us for work that they did not even complete, but the other tradesman did. - When the work was done, the grout was all messed up and we were done with them. We hired out someone else to finish our job. And when they pulled up the poor work that NuFloors installed, we found that our 'brand new shower' that NuFloors just finished installing was leaking. The shower pan was holding water, under the tile! Note - they did refund us, but we had to fight for it, only after much hassle and stern warnings to them that we tracked everything and would get our lawyer involved if need be. Warning - - with trades work always track time, check prices for all products they are billing you and don't pay anything til the job is done, and even if it's completed! Better yet AVOID this retail store completely! (NuFloors was recommended to us through our general contractor and we went with them only because we were new here)

Wonderful customer service by Holly and Bill
Waked into Nufloors looking to order enough floor for our two bedrooms and after 20 minutes of no service, not even a "hello" or a 'I'll be with you in a minute", we walked out. We even heard two employees discussing how much they enjoyed their jobs! We ended up taking our service to Frank at Dannburg where we had amazing customer service the moment we walked in the door even though he finishing up with someone else. Had we been acknowledged at Nufloors, we would have been willing to wait.

We are reviewing this as not receiving a welcoming hello and acknowledgement is not at all our way of doing business as we always try to greet every customer who comes into our store within the first few minutes. We missed the mark and apologize for that.

update finally have time to pull up laminet flooring done by nufloors horrible the underlay is only done in patches as a result gaps and movement in boards where caused by this i strongly strongly advise any one getting nufloors to lay there laminet flooring to go any where else stay away from this people other wise you will get a crappy job
