6 days ago The bed we bought is comfortable, but our box spring was damaged when delivered. Longstreet was supposed to replace the damaged box spring and I haven't heard from them since delivery. Also the owner was rude on the phone with me the next day. I was gonna buy a bed for my camper, special order, but now I'll buy it somewhere else. Terrible customer service!

3 months ago What a beautiful store! It is welcoming and laid out very nicely. You are greeted by friendly faces. They are there to help you pick what is best for you and are not pushy at all. I just bought a bunk bed and mattresses and will definitely return for any other purchases I will need. Thank you Longstreet Living for a great experience!

3 months ago First time in the new store...WOW!!! Huge selection, prices will fit any budget, friendly knowledgeable staff. My daughter (who is a soon to be new home owner) and I both purchased a few pieces of furniture each. We will definitely be return customers and recommend you!!!

5 months ago My parents bought my sister and I bunkbeds back in '93, still in excellent condition. I just bought my kids bunkbeds and I and them are in love. Amazing arrive, amzing products!!!

last year Just made my first purchase today. Enjoy the manufacturer warranty, but also the great deal for the 5 year "accident" warranty. Will be my one stop furniture/home shop from now on.

last year Purchased a sectional today, but experienced VERY bad customer service by more than one person. Because of this I will never go back.

last year Great experience with the salesman, he let us take our time and even held the sale price for us. We plan to return for other items!

last year We are expecting our third baby so that meant we had to put our girls in the same room. We decided to get bunk beds even though our girls are 3 and 4. Longstreet delivered our beds and put them together. My girls were so excited to come home to their new beds. Tyler did a great job with helping us make our selection. Everyone that we came in contact with was friendly.

last year We shopped around and visited Longstreet on a very busy Saturday. That being said we were still given excellent service and a great deal for two recliners. I have purchased from them in the past and enjoyed my furniture. The new store is very warm and inviting it is a must to go out and take a look at what they have to offer. I plan to go back and purchase some new end tables very soon.

last year First time visiting the brand new store today!! The store is awesome however, the saleman was driving my husband and I crazy!! He kept following us around and didn't give us a chance to really look without getting highly annoyed. So we left your store drove to Kelly's Furniture in Pittsford where the sales lady answered our questions with professionalism and let us look and we ended up with a beauitful table that I can't wait to have delivered. They are also setting it up for us and everything, couldn't be happier with our choice. So longstreet if u want more satisfied customers let them look freely in your beauitful store!

last year I was driving the other day and your Longstreet van cut ME off! He then got back into the other lane, cuz ours was too slow. Well guess what he FLIPPED ME OFF WITH MY 2 KIDS IN THE CAR!!!!! So unprofessional, and to be honest this is NOT the first time your drivers have had no manners.

last year Hi my name is Walter VanArman, I got a Armoire from Longstreet Furniture . when it was delivered the doors where messed up Due to delivery. I contacted Longstreet and the guys brought another one out. unassembled and had to use my tools to put it together,since they did not bring any tools. they stripped the screws, never told him as the drawers from the other Armoire could have been used. So the next day I loaded the drawers up, went to the store . they where just opening. this man proceeded to tell me that he would like to punch me. and swore at me over and over, this was all done in front of his workers, who DID NOTHING to help. I guess that it made Wade feel like a real big man. standing there and yelling at me like that, in front of your employes . I was embarrassed. and I did not have to bring these drawers back . I will let everyone I know just how great you are at dealing with the elderly. I just spoke to my Dad and he said noone has contacted him to hear what happen. then to have that Jerk ask him as he turned around to leave I BET YOU EXPECT ME TO GIVE YOU F--KING GAS MONEY!!!!!!!!!!! he belittled him enough. he owes my Dad and apology . some one needs to call him and acknowledge what was said and done to him... my Dad is a MAN not a kid... he has earned his way in this life.. he does not need what was done to him.....

2 years ago I am so disappointed in my mattress purchase and the handling of a warranty issue that I will NEVER buy anything more from this store. I sent back my mattress that was supposed to be reworked or replaced by the manufacturer. They had it for 6 days and when they brought "MY" mattress back it was not even the correct size for my bed. The store said they were "Just going to give me a new one and they would work it out with the manufacturer". So... they did bring me a new one but I originally purchased a pillow top mattress and that is not what the store provided! Its maddening trying to deal with these people so I will take my money elsewhere for any future purchases!!!!
2 years ago We have been pondering your situation and trying to come up with a solution to make you happy. When we delivered the wrong mattress, that was strictly human error. We turned right around and brought you a brand new mattress, not your repaired one. Your mattress warranty only covered repairs not replacement. The mattress you have right now is the correct one. Your old mattress is in our warehouse right now, confirming what you have now is the same model we delivered to you. We are planning on donating your repaired mattress, so our store is the one that is out the cost of your mattress. We are sorry you are so disappointed, but we do not know what else we could have done to make you happy.

3 years ago Such a great place to buy from! Great people and great service! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks to Longstreets we were able to redo our whole house from flooring, tile, carpet, and even new granite counters along with great new furniture all at a great price. I always refer everyone to them!

3 years ago I always have a positive experience when I shop at Longstreet Furniture and Floors. I am always greeted when I enter. I like to browse on my own until I find something that interests me. All I have to do is look around and a member of the staff is ready to answer questions or show me other choices. Compared to "big Box" Furniture places, this is the way I like to shop!

3 years ago we went to Longstreet Furniture in Sturgis, get customer service, lady lead us to what we wanted answered all our questions. Deliver service men were great, put up our beds and took away the wrappers and boxes. Everyone was great, have been customer before and will be again. THANK YOU ALL

3 years ago Went in today no other customers in the store and was ask what we were looking for. When I said we were just starting to look but were interested in sectional pieces about 4 foot with right and left side, if they could be bought by the piece or a chair and a half. We wanted it for a small window seating. He said yes some could be bought by the piece and then just walked away. Didn't say these are what I have in what you are looking for or even try. He walked into the back came back out and went and sat down. Terrible customer service and NO help the girl working there looked at us we said Hi and she walked of not even asking to help. Not sure I will go back or send some one in.

3 years ago When I said what we were interested in I thought he would at the very least show us where some were in the store but to be told well look around and he walked off and then the girl in the other room not to even ask if she could help when we walked in was just showing that what would probably been a $600 - $800 sale wasn't needed by the store.
3 years ago They did have a couple of customers at that time. He was looking for a alternative suggestion for you. Since what you are wanting to do with a sectional would not be the best. One of the ends will always be unfinished. I am seeing he didn't communicate his intentions with you very well. For that we are sorry. We are only human and do the best we can. I guess communication is everything especially in this situation.
3 years ago There was no one else in the store at the time and he then answered his cell phone. When he got off of it he went in the back and then went and sat down at the desk. He made no offer of help and ends can be added to sectionals from several places on line I have been doing my research before coming in. He did not try to show us one thing in the store.
3 years ago We tried to shop local but now know to go out of town because of the service here.
3 years ago Just for the record the sectional in the front corner by the window that we liked would have worked. Finished down to the bottom where they bolt together which would have been up against the wall and then if we decided to use it in another room they could have been bolted together to make a couch. We really liked them and wanted to know more but since no one would walk back over we decided why wait. We did know what we wanted and what would work in our space.

4 years ago Terrible for customer service. It is obvious they don't care about their customers. They don't like to assist you with any problems you may encounter. The delivery crew was disgusting and rude.
