Max is such a great and honest man to work with. He took his time explaining to us the different carpets and prices. He made sure we were truly satisfied with our installation as well. It was an Honor to feast My eyes upon a vast selection of carpets & floor items... A warehouse if you ask Me! This is the ONLY location I KNOW that has "COAL BLACK" Carpet... 2yr search. I found Rivera's floor covering on accident. I met Ulysses who was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me with nice selection of synthetic turf and beat the big name store's prices. Ulysses gave me a great deal and worked with my budget. He and his staff were very nice and helpful. Glad i stopped in and asked about the turf. I did not think they would have it. They also have other flooring products. I highly recommend them! A+

Recently I found my way into this store looking for some inexpensive flooring options for my entire home. By referral I met with Ulysses who was very patient with me for two hours of going back and forth of the wide variety of discounted flooring they have. We finally decided on luxury vinyl plank flooring and the negotiation began on the price. Ulysses made this project work for me and my budget. I'm forever grateful to him. Approximately one week later my floors were installed in just one day. The installers were both professional and made sure my home was left clean. If you are in the market for any type of flooring you need to visit this place and while there ask to speak to Ulysses, he is an expert and will provide you with all your options at very reasonable prices!!

I am so happy I found this company. They do an excellent job. I needed flooring for my tile kitchen floor. I wanted to do a laminate overlay and had a few tiles missing. I received a quote at a big retailer, and they wanted a lot and said it would be a 2 day job and we needed to pick up the materials. I went to Rivera's and Ulysses the salesperson was so knowledgeable, helpful. He walked us thru the process. The technician arrived on time and finished the job in 4 hours, not 2 days! The few holes in the tile were easily fixed without an issue. Our floors are amazing and I cant wait to do another room in my house. I highly recommend them!

I first discovered this place back in January of 2018, I purchased 2 large pieces of artificial grass for my dog, and he loved it. 6-motnhs later I came back to get another piece and my experience with everyone was great. Located in a ruined down area of Los Angeles, this old area of LA has it's charm, and because of that, the Rivera family can keep the rent low and the prices spectacular for us customers. Next time you're looking for flooring or artificial grass come on down, don't even waste our time with Home Depot or Lowe's, Rivera's will beat their prices 9 out of 10 times.

Rivera's Floor Covering was a great experience. I was expecting going there not finding what I needed but the employees were so kind and helped me get the hardwood floors I needed even if they didn't have it they went the extra mile to look for t in their system and place a order for me. Not only were they helpful but their installation services were great too. There were such incredible deals. I will definitely go again if I need new floors again!

Love Love Love my new laminate floor. Just moved in to my new APT and they got rid of the old carpet! It looks fresh and clean. A close friend of mine recommended me this store and it was great. Maybe i'll need to redo the carpet in my bedroom. But we'll see. The installers where great to!

My husband and I are very happy with our floors, and Rivera's Flooring was very easy to work with. Elias was quick to provide an estimate and complete the work, especially compared to their competitors. We recently purchased a home and our floors had wood medallions & inlays which isn't my husband and my style. Rivera's was able to perfectly remove the designs and replace with hardwood. We also stained our floors from maple to a dark wood color, and it came out beautifully.There was a small misunderstanding with the floors in our hallway and removing one of the inlays. After we contacted Rivera's, they arrived the very next day to correct the problem!Overall, our floors are beautiful, and we're so glad we chose Rovin's to complete the job.

We had a leaking refrigerator which pooled under our kitchen closet and floor and buckled some of our wood floor. They removed the old flooring and replaced it with an amazing hand finished floor. We were looking to get a pre-finished floor but couldn't find what we wanted. They ordered, installed and finished the floor and it is amazing. The entire staff was professional and went out of their way to make sure the floor was perfect. Their craftsmen were beyond hard working and I felt very confident throughout that it would be done right and it was. I had to stay out of the house for a few days and when I walked in I said "wow" as soon as I saw it!

Our floors look terrific! They are just as we had hoped. The guys who installed them were great. They were friendly and professional. The work was done on schedule, allowing us to get back into our house sooner than expected. I expect we'll be having the crew back soon to put hardwood down in other areas of our apartment!

This is a huge warehouse with multiple options. The staff is nice and very knowledgeable! Some options are special order, but most items are available for pick up for same day. I bought 14 boxes of laminate flooring. They are beautiful and say they are easy to install. I'd recommend them!

My husband and I couldn''t be more pleased with the experience we had with Riveras Floor Covering. We wanted to replace all the carpeting in our home. Our salesperson did a great job helping us find the two types of carpet that coordinated with our home and lifestyle. He was both knowlegeable and courteous addressing all our concerns. The gentleman who measured for the estimate was pleasant and very detailed in his work. Our salesperson gave us an accurate timeline for ordering and installation. The installation crew was efficient, hardworking and courteous. They took the time to clean things well after installation. They did just a beautiful job and we know we have added value to our home.

A couple of weeks ago was the third time we have had Rivera's Flooring do work for us. The first two times was new carpet in two houses and they were just great and did beautiful work.The finished product was terrific. The third time just recently another hardwood floor and installers spent two days here and they took such pride in their work and it looks fabulous! Carlos was here the next day for the berber carpet on two sets of stairs and what a difference he made also. We are very happy with all the work that your company has provided us.

We had a terrible experience at Carpet Warehouse and wanted to take care of buying what was needed right away. We knew the name of the carpet brand. Best Flooring Company in Los Angeles
I really can't say enough great things about Rivera's Floor Covering. It's definitely apparent they run their business with the utmost integrity and focus on customer care. They took the time to learn how we really use the rooms where we were replacing the flooring, made recommendations, and then thoroughly explained benefits of each type of flooring. They sent both carpet and padding samples home with us to test and did not rush us to get them returned. Their quote was very reasonable, and it clearly detailed where every dollar we were spending was going. When they installed the carpet, the installers were very courtious, treated my home with respect, and did a great job of cleaning up.

The flooring guys just finished laying hardwood across a large part of our house. I am so happy with the job they did and the customer service provided by everyone.
