Do not and I repeat do not buy anything from here. The absolute worst service after the sale. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Was told the installers would be there at 8am, nope they didn't call til 0930 just to say they were on the way. Then our baseboards were put on crooked, called to let them know, said we had to make a claim (now remember they just installed the flooring to the entire house), made a claim, and crickets. We heard nothing for a week or more. Then they said they had to send someone out to inspect it (even after we emailed them pictures), this again took a week or more. Then we hear nothing from them, we call and no one knows what we are talking about. Finally have to go into the store again everyone acts like they know nothing, they can't find anything about the inspection. Essentially saying it's our problem not theirs. Wow!

I had granite installed by this company and it was a very bad and poor job. I called the company and complained that there was a big crack in the granite and it did not look good. They sent another installer out to my home and he tried to fix the damage done to it by another one of their installers, the repair did look a little better at that time but now a year later it's starting to look bad again. This is sad because I do not like writing bad reviews but because the repaired granite damage is getting worse over time. Please see the photo below you will see many black epoxy fill-ins and many edges and corners not straight as I believe granite should be. I will not shop at Osborn's Georgia Carpet again!

Dennis, we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your countertop. Some Granite countertops, being natural stone, have more fissures than others. Our experience after spending a considerable amount for flooring from this company ($5000 more than home depot), we were left with vinyl bullnose that doesn't match the vinyl flooring. Our flooring is grey, the bullnose is pink. This company did come back to look at the bullnose and agreed that it did not match and ordered a replacement color. The replacement color did not match so they said they would call the manufacture and order again. That was over a month ago. BTW, there are two areas that have bullnose and both have popped off. This issue started in July and it is now mid October, still no resolve. Dr. Fouad Hachem

Austin Osborn is a great sales rep that is honest and is willing to help. He came and measured my flooring area when I needed it done, which was 7pm. I kept having to delay the process due to other issues and Austin kept me in the loop and helped me find the best time for us to have them lay the carpet. They laid the carpet and our house has never looked better. I highly recommend this company! I highly recommend Austin!

We decided to remove our 25 year old carpet on the main level to update our home with flooring. Not replacing upstairs carpet and working with medium oak woodwork made this a little more tricky. Shelby, our sales expert, was so unbelievably patient and helpful in choosing the best flooring to compliment our home. Osborn’s has a large variety of high quality flooring and their pricing is very fair. We chose a Luxury Vinyl that gives a very nice light wood look and pulls the warm tones of our wood. It’s exactly as I imagined. I used the Flooring virtual room App. To see how it would look in my room. The installers were super considerate and worked very hard to please us. We are so happy with all of it. I also had Shelby help me select area rugs for my living and dining room. They both look beautiful. I highly recommend dealing with Osborn ‘s. We love our new look. Rob and team have done the engineered hard wood floors throughout my house and all our bedroom carpet. Osborn’s is so easy to work with and gets the job done thoroughly and quickly. If I had another square inch of floor to replace I’d use Osborn’s again!

Helpful staff and wide variety of selection from carpet to LVT to ceramic. We have gotten multiple rooms done here, they supplied the granite for two of my bathroom vanities and I spotted a rug that I loved hanging in their show room. This local business is my go to for all of our flooring!

We picked out a beautiful vinyl floor; however, the installer was horrible and left the floor and our home damaged. Within 12 hours of the installation, we had a huge bubble in the floor, several small bubbles, gaps around all of the trim, a small hole in the flooring, and all of the seams were showing through the floor. The installer was very unprofessional and bragged about stalking previous customers. We were promised one seam and ended up with four mismatched seams and don't even have a laundry room floor because they miscalculated and then cancelled that order. We did receive a full refund thankfully because it will cost us thousands to cover the damage that they did. And, we now need to replace the entire floor and still get a laundry room floor. When they came to investigate the job, even after they kept pointing out everything that was wrong (the subfloor wasn't nailed in, the seams weren't properly covered, the trim wasn't removed, etc.) they still announced that their installer was great. They then laughed at us and said well you probably should go elsewhere next time. Gladly. Use this company at your own risk because we have a lot of damage to pay for now.

The concerns brought to our attention consisted of installer behavior, execution of the installation, and the disruption of your remodel timeline. You also were not interested in a replacement or a reconciliation from the moment you brought the situation to our attention. You gave us no other option but to refund the down payment that you made prior to installation. Not only was a full refund demanded but you also demanded that you keep the existing floor which we also catered to despite the policy of taking up the existing floor when a full refund is given (which you will find is standard across the industry). We also did not announce that the installer was still great after our inspection, but rather pointed out that we were extremely shocked at your claims of his inappropriate behavior because he is typically one of our highest reviewed installers and that you could go to our website for confirmation. We did in fact cancel the order on the extra material for your laundry room and for a replacement because you were refunded the entirety of your payment and kept the flooring that needed replaced resulting in a free floor. You also informed us that you would be going elsewhere for your replacement, and we agreed that that would probably be best for both parties.More

I was VERY disappointed! I had purchased carpet for my basement when I first moved in my house over 4 years ago and had no problems. I decided that I wanted to put hardwood floors down throughout my whole upstairs. I had no clue what I was in for. I should’ve shopped around. Shane, who I thought was a good guy turned out to be a thief!! He laid the floors for me and stole boxes of my hardwood floor right under my nose. I took a picture of it in the back of his trailer. They ...were very careless and just wanting to get the job done quickly. There were some pieces of wood that should’ve been thrown out but they laid them down anyway. I’m assuming he was keeping the good pieces for the project that he was using at home with the wood that I had purchased. I am a single mom and this was a HUGE investment for me. Ms. Hughes, we are very sorry that your experience was not what you had envisioned and that our efforts to improve your experience fell short of your expectations. We had believed that this issue was resolved and that our efforts to satisfy your concerns were successful. We quoted you the cost to complete the job as requested and followed through by completing that job as requested at the quoted price. We included pieces of Quarter Round and other Miscellaneous items at no charge. We believed that any installation issues were resolved after we sent a different representative to finish and inspect the job upon completion 19 days ago on April 1st. Our representative was shown areas of concern and left once those concerns were resolved. We have never had any other customers make any even remotely similar statements about the gentleman who installed your floor. We also ask as you make these statements about the gentleman who installed your floor to keep in mind that you asked us to quote you a price to complete particular areas in your home and that all of those areas were completed at the price quoted. That being said we are more than willing to drop off a box of the same hardwood that was installed at your home at no charge if that would improve your experience. Please feel free to call into the store and we will get that arranged! Once again, we are extremely sorry that your experience did not match the beauty of your floor.

We were remodeling our kitchen and purchased a vinyl floor and installation from Georgia carpet. Within a short amount of time, we noticed a staple popping up through the vinyl. This was a staple they used to secure the new subfloor to the existing osb). We called them and they sent out the original installer. He showed up, and used a block of wood and a hammer to knock it back down. I started to have doubts about them at this point. Over the next year or so at least three more staples popped up, and each time they would come out and knock them back down. On a few occasions the staples penetrated the vinyl completely. Their solution was to mix up a patch of some kind which didn't match at all. A good while went by and yet another staple popped up. I spoke with the owner and he said the only thing he could do was send out an independent inspector to see what was going on. I noted that the independent inspector was hired by Georgia Carpet. This was not going to end well for us. A few weeks after the polite inspector came out we received a letter that said sorry, but it was a moisture problem in your house that was causing the problem, so you're out of luck. We live in a 23 year old house with a properly functioning HVAC system so I'm not buying that. In the past I've done two smaller subfloor projects in my house myself, using ringshank flooring nails and I've never had a fastener pop up. I work in healthcare, so I guess you have to be a contractor to have nails pop up. We have purchased vinyl flooring from them before (which I installed myself) and never had a problem. If you are considering having them install something for you good luck.

Our installers original method for repairing the protruding staple was the best option to fix the issue without pulling up the vinyl and inspecting the subfloor, which you did not want him to do. I understand that doing so would have forced you to have trim pieces along your cabinets and that is less than ideal for you but refunding you the money for the labor as you requested was much less ideal to our installer. Our installer performed a proper installation (which would later be confirmed by an independent inspector) and made every effort to fix an issue that was not of his fault. As the INDEPENDENT inspector specified in his report, "The condition with the staple releasing from the subfloor and protruding through the sheet vinyl is consistent with the subfloor gaining and losing moisture due to a moisture imbalance within the home and would not be considered a manufacturing defect or installation error." We paid $350 to an INDEPENDENT inspector as a measure of good faith to you in order to find out if this was an issue that we needed to take care of for you. If you feel the independent inspectors report was biased, you were and are more than welcome to hire your own independent inspector. The issues you experienced had nothing to do with material or installation defects but were a result of problematic site conditions.More

I cannot recommend Rob and his crew highly enough. I have used them at least 10 times on my personal homes and flips, and I send ALL of my clients to him. The professionalism and prices are fantastic, and his installing crews are top notch. I always have some crazy deadline I’m working towards, and they make it happen every time. They are just amazing!

My experience with this company is rated VERY POOR! I was a returning costumer from the previous year and wanted the same flooring that was installed by an installer by the name of Todd Clark. Todd did a very professional job so I returned to them for the additional flooring During the initial set up at Georgia Carpets counter they explained that since I had flooring left over and they had the same item in stock that the price would reflect the amount I needed. WRONG. Salesma...n tried to charge me for an additional box when I only needed 2 planks. when i called them out on the bill they changed it but unfortunately that wasnt the only issue. Todd wasnt the installer that should up this time it was another installer but i assumed they were professionals just like Todd. WAS I WRONG. The install was worse than if I had used my teenager who's never laid flooring before the edging has a 1/2 to 3/4 gaps all around the edges that even quarter round couldn't cover up and in the middle of the install wasnt even attached correctly. I went to the store to complain and they sent there flooring manager to evaluate. He admitted the install was terrible and would discuss it with management. It's been over 2 months with NO call back except from the installer asking me if he could come by and look at it. WHAT A JOKE FOR A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY! I will never use them again nor would I suggest anyone else to due the same. See More

I really wanted to be able to give this place a great review, but unfortunately I cannot. While they worked with me initially, even though I was long distance, the actual work was just terrible. I think the ONLY thing that they got right was the color of the carpet.It would take more time than I have tight now to create an all inclusive list of everything. I did attempt to contact the company and they did send someone put who promised to be back, however, I never heard from any one again.The broke my sliding doors taking them down. They did not put any of the doors that they didn't break back. They left nails sticking up and my oldest child cut his foot so bad he needed stitches. Everyone in the family got nails in their feet at some point, it was completely unavoidable they were everywhere. The carpet wasn't fully nailed down in all rooms. They put carpet in rooms that were not supposed to be carpeted, and instead of fixing the whole thing left my floor patchy and, honestly, awful looking. They did not inform me of the condition of the subflooring so that I could make a decision (there were HOLES IN THE FLOOR that they carpeted over without even telling me they were there. Leaving a completely unsafe living condition for me with small children. Let me end here and just say, I feel like they took advantage of the fact that I wasn't there to make sure it was done right. They did a rushed and low quality job, and have made little effort to amend it. I absolutely cannot reccomend this company. I will update this review if anything changes, but as long as it's been (months!) I feel that this is an honest and fair review.

We had a small room that we needed to have carpet installed in. After looking around at a few places Osborn had the best price that we found. We went in and picked out a carpet we liked and bought it and had it installed. We had it installed yesterday. Everything was great 5 stars from price, service, and product. That was until I came from work and saw the walls of the room that I painted earlier in the week. You would think that the installers would have informed my wif...e that they had chipped the paint all along the bottom of one wall and in a few small spots on the other but they did not. They didn't say one word about it at all. I was very let down by this after putting in the time to have the walls painted before they came to install it. Now I will have to go out and buy more paint and then repaint the damaged part and hope that I dont get any on the newly installed carpet that my son loves. See More

Cris we would like to sincerely apologize for the lack of communication on our installation crews behalf of not noting any suspected damages at the time of installation, as this sometimes this can happen with newly painted rooms and the rough backs of the carpets could brush along the lower edges during installation. Unfortunately this is the first time we have been made aware of this and I too would personally like to apologize on our behalf for not seeing your review post sooner. Our installers may not have been aware of and/or overlooked the paint scuffs made, either way thank you for bringing it to our attention and we have since printed this review and will pass it along to the crew to be made aware of. I needed an extra large rug for a big room . Osborn's was very helpful .I stopped by to order one made on a Tuesday and picked it up on that Saturday. I needed 15x24.they did an excellent job of binding the edges and seaming one for me in the carpet of my choice and was so easy to just roll out.

We were very unhappy with some of our carpet and how it was wearing after less than a year, that we bought at Osborn's. However, we experienced excellent customer service from this store. I know things were ugly there for a while but thank you so much for making things right. We will most definitely do business here again in the future. Thank You!

Decent sales experience, but the product and installation has been a nightmare. We have had our carpet not even a year and a half and have already had to replace 1 room of carpet due to the poor quality of the carpet. Now, we're seeing the carpet delaminating in another spot and will likely have to replace this carpet as well. We purchased and had 2,800 sq ft of carpet installed and spent a LOT of money. We are very disappointed with it and will never use Georgia Carpet again. My contractors that are currently working in my house said they have a similar situation going on at another job and GA Carpet is unwilling to correct the problem. My contractor, who works a LOT of jobs in the area said he warns everyone he knows about the poor quality product from GA Carpet. Don't waste your money here.

Jill, on behalf of Osborn's Georgia Carpet we would like to say we are sincerely sorry for your disappointment! The room that you had to replace, we did replace at no charge to you and were not made aware of any further issues or problems. All carpet is not created equal, and does come in various qualities. The piece of material selected is of a lower quality, but does carry a warranty. If you feel you have a manufacturer defect, such as delamination like suggested above, please contact us further to allow us to follow up with an inspection. We thank you for your business, apologize for not having seen this review sooner as we did not have anyone over Facebook maintenance and management until recently and it took a little bit of discovery to find your job history. Thank you for your reply. I am happy that the room that was replaced was done at no charge to us. I'm sure you can understand when you spend such a large amount on your home, you expect quality. The product may not be the issue, but I'm starting to question the installation. Not even 2 years after having the entire house re-carpeted, we are having issues with seams showing in places you would never expect and carpet coming up in places. We also considered a higher quality carpet, but were convinced by our sales person that a lower priced material made more sense.

Its crazy to spend SO much on a product that doesn't hold up and crappy installation issues. Horrible experience.
