last year We found Bischoff's in a local business magazine and decided to get a quote on three rooms of carpeting. Dave Frankrone came out on a Saturday afternoon, took measurements of the three rooms, and called us back on Tuesday with a quote. After going to the showroom to look at everything they had, we decided to go with them. We can't say enough about their customer service; everyone we've talked to and dealt with has not only been professional, but also personable, answering all our questions and concerns. We got an excellent value, not only in price, but also quality. We'll call them again when we need our kitchen flooring done.

7 years ago Bischoff and Manufacturer WILL NOT stand behind purchased flooring I purchased "Prestige" flooring from Bischoff manufactured by Ohio Valley. Flooring advertised to be waterproof and have a 20 year guarantee. Nine months after installation, floor is peeling up. Never standing water on floor. Manufacturer states they won't stand behind guarantee because of moisture! It is layed on concrete floor and suppose to be able to be laid without adhesive. Directions followed. Now I have to take them to court!!
