Robin in sales was great in finding out what our needs were, and showing us the various vinyl flooring options for our kitchen. Mike was prompt and courteous when he visited to measure and evaluate our installation so that they could give us an accurate estimate. I can’t say enough how hard the team at Hodge Floors worked to make sure we got the carpet we wanted. Installers were very profession and clean. They were worth every penny. Many years ago had flooring from Lowes it was a nightmare. You get what you pay for. We went to Hodge thinking that we would start there first. Well, we stayed and had flooring installed by them. I did check the big box stores and never really got any kind of service. All they said was, we may be 200 or 300 cheaper so yes, your price is close. They never tried that get my business. The staff at Hodge Flooring actually made us feel welcome and provided help and suggestions. Sandra, our customer rep was great. I would recommend and will use them again myself.

The issue was with the customer's sub floor, which was not installed by Hodge Floors. We responded in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. We even made repairs to the customer's sub floor at our expense. Wonderful all around experience!
The carpet has to be one of the most wonderful carpets in the world and the installation was perfect! Robin and Linda were a great help from helping me choose the most amazing wool carpet to working around my picky schedule. Definitely a Five Star experience!!

We recently replaced the battered flooring in our downstairs and replaced rugs on the main floor. Sandra Ligon became my new best friend! She was an absolute delight to work with. Her patience, professionalism, and constant smile took the stress out of making such big decisions. The guys that installed the floors were likewise professional, fast and very pleasant. Their attention to detail was impressive.I've used Hodge numerous times through the years and have never been disappointed. The quality of their service and work has remained consistently at the top.

"We were referred to Hodges by my in-laws because of the quality and service,( two things just about extinct these days). We were just as impressed. Another Wonderful Experience
"This was the third time we have used Hodge Floors in the last few years, and I am sure it will not be the last. The first time we had Sandra as our helper and then we had Patti for the last two. Every time we have come into your store, everyone is friendly, with Sandra and Patti both giving excellent assistance in helping us to chose the best flooring for us. We are extremely pleased with the new memory foam padding recommended by Patti for in our bedroom. Also, we have found your installers to be very professional and courteous."

"Did an outstanding install, good workmanship they cleaned up after each day. Very pleasant to work around and very knowledgeable. Sales person very pleasant and helpful we didn�t get the floor we wanted but the substitute floor complemented the decor. Yes I would use Hodge Flooring again and I would recommend to others."
