Would not order from Larry Lint Flooring again. We gave them exact numbers of a Shaw product and showed them a picture. When product arrived, it was not what we had shown them, but they still made us pay for it as it was a special order. Bad business!

Some of the workers are a little rough around the edges but the prices are great.

Would have give zero stars if that was an option. Second time using Larry Lint. First time installers cut carpeting on my newly laid hardwood floors and left cut marks in the hardwoods. Thought that I would give them another chance and today they just finished installing the wrong color carpeting throughout. Seems that the estimator wrote up the wrong color and because I am not intimate with their color chart and did not notice it on the order slip they are not assuming any responsibility for the error. There won't be a third opportunity for this company!!!!

Great experience with Larry Lint flooring. They have nice products, and the people are very professional. We had some concerns with our install, and they promptly worked on correcting the issues.

Was in the market to get new flooring done in my living and dining room. Just to give you an idea my room sizes are 12x17 and 11x11. Contacted Molyneaux and Larry Lint for estimates. Molyneaux came in extremely high, double of what LL quoted me. I have nothing against Molyneaux but being a single independent, it's hard to justify spending double the amount. Not only that, Larry Lint provided me with an itemized breakdown on the quote so I knew what the costs where, while Molyneaux gave me a flat number. My family has used LL most of my life and with this being my first home I decided to give them a chance as well. I went with the Shaw Classico Antico Vinyl and I couldn't be more happy. LL even came a week earlier than scheduled. Arrived on time at 830 AM and ripped up the carpet and everything with it along with the laminate in the dining room. They had a three man crew that acted professionally and got the job done just before 5PM as planned, in & out. Did an excellent job with the reducers as well as shoe mold to finish it up. I would highly recommend them for future jobs. I have a few pictures added. Unfortunately, I know the before is kind of already a mess in terms of moving the furniture but just wanted to give an idea as to what the space looked like previously.

Molyneaux came in extremely high (and that's after they told me it 30% off and an extra $200 for having them do an in home estimate) and by that i mean double of what LL quoted me. I have nothing against Molyneaux but being a single independent, it's hard to justify spending double the amount. Not only that, Larry Lint provided me with an itemized breakdown on the quote so I knew what the costs where, while Molyneaux gave me a flat number. Sales reps were helpful and not annoying. Lots of options to choose from.
Great place for flooring needs
When I had my carpet installed 9 of 2016, in 3 of my 4 bedrooms, up 2 flights of stairs and the hall area overlooking the entry below, the employees were pleasant. However; the owners wife wasn't friendly and quite rude actually. I had staples sticking up all over the place and wanted the installer to rectify the issue before paying the balance. She was really quite harassing about getting a few hundred dollars when I was being patient and understanding about the staple issue. You'd think I did something wrong. The 5 stars is for the employee Kelly who was very pleasant over the phone just a few minutes ago due to me now having spots all over my carpet in the hall area. Initially there were 4 spots that appeared 7 months after installation. We thought we must have caused them. However; 2 more appeared in the last couple of months. So I contacted Lint...hence the pleasant exchange with Kelly. So we will now see how Lint/Manufacturer deals with this issue. We're hoping from reading the other reviews and people telling us we should have used one of the big box stores (they will handle every and all problems you have with your flooring) that we will not be treated unfairly too. People work hard for these big purchases. I know we are the little guy and not a contactor, but we all should be treated with kindness and respect too. You never know when you might be dealing with a relative/close friend of one of the big contractors that give you alot of business. = I will definitely give Lint credit if they do the right thing and possibly discredit alot of the negative reviews they receive. We are just honest hardworking people who want to be treated with respect...like 99% of the people who purchase flooring at Lint. Stay tuned.
My husband and I drove about thirty minutes (even though there are closer chain stores) because my parents have had a good experience with them in the past. On their website, they specify that they carry several lines of cork and bamboo flooring. They do not. When we first arrive, the sales woman at the front desk sighed loudly before asking if she could help us. Then she tells us they don't carry bamboo because "Larry hates to install it". We asked about cork and she looked at us like we were crazy. We explained that they profess to sell several brands (and we used our smart phone on their site to tell her about the brands) and she had no idea what we were talking about. When she called the foreman/manager to ask him (while making stabbing motions through the phone; not quite a consummate professional), he said they didn't have cork and "It's on the website because we can get anything we want. Everything is on the website". He finally went into the back room and came out with two samples of bamboo - not at all the variety we had asked about, but apparently all that they had. He also spent several minutes trying to tell us why we didn't want it (we had it installed in a previous home and it was wonderful). We were prepared to use Larry Lint to supply all of the floors in the home we are currently designing with our architect - a home that could easily be featured in modern architecture magazines when it is complete. No thank you - I could never recommend them. Rude, unprofessional, and unprepared to supply anything other than the most conventional materials. We will be using Rusmur floors in Monroeville instead (who stock 27 different types of cork, not to mention bamboo).
My first impression was terrible. I would never do business with this company. I was looking for carpet and tile for my bathroom/bedroom remodel. I checked their website and was interested in visiting their store. The website said they were open until 9pm on Mondays and Thursdays. I arrive at their store at approximately 7:45pm on a Thursday and state we are looking for carpeting/tile and would like to see your selection. They told me that they close at 8pm and that I had come in too late to accomplish what I came for. I said oh I'm sorry, I drove approximately one hour to come to your store thinking your hours were until 9pm as your website states. They said our website says our hours are until 8pm on Thursdays you must be mistaken. I pulled the website up on my phone and showed them that it clearly says they are open until 9pm. Larry the owner says that I couldn't ne on their website because they close at 8pm. I handed them my phone and one of the ladies working the front desk said Larry it is our website that he is on. That didn't change anything, I still had to leave by 8pm and could not see what selection they had. I asked if they could provide me an incentive to come back another day to look at their selection because the website informed me wrong and I had now wasted 2 hours of my evening and they said sorry our hours are until 8pm and they people who manage the website are at fault not us.
I ordered carpet from here for our basement. I decided to go back and finish the rest of our house. They sent out their measure team, measured all the rooms we desired for the project (every room that doesn't have hardwood floors). Roughly 2 weeks later we decide to order carpet. I went to the store, picked out carpet, left the store with the rooms written down w/ cost. We call back with the deposit for the order, they arrive for install and LEAVE OUT A BEDROOM!! So they make the attempt to charge us another $700! After explaining to them that the original agreement and price is why I did the deal, they pretty much said "OH WELL"... Great Business, folks!! Take a bow! Now I have to order carpet from another business and hope that it matches. I guess my next stop is the BBB

so far my dealings with Larry Lint Flooring has been undesirable. They changed the price of the carpet i ordered and would not honor the original quoted price. I should have walked on the deal at that point but I opted to downgrade the carpet to stay within my budget. I got the installation set up for today and was told the installers would be here at 11am. At 11:30 i called to find out if they were delayed. They were by 1.5 hours, this is unacceptable as i have already taken the day off work to accomadate this install. Larry Lint does not make it easy and convienent to do business with them. I would not recommend this company to friends and family,

I had wall to wall carpeting installed almost 5 years ago and I am still pleased with the results. My only real issue is that I had to remove all of nails that were in my hard wood floors myself before having the new carpet installed. I was told that if I didn't remove the old nails/staples, the heads/tops would be cut off and the metal stems would forever remain in the wood. This would have created a problem if I ever decided that I wanted to refinish my hard wood floors, so I'm glad they told me up front.

I just used Larry Lint to replace ceramic tile in a large portion of the main living areas of my house. Everyone I dealt with -- the estimator, the people in the showroom, and the guys who did the installation -- was professional, timely and honest. I was referred to Lint by two close friends, but I got other bids as well and they were by far the most competitive. I would definitely recommend them to people as well as use them again in the future myself.
