My husband and I drove about thirty minutes (even though there are closer chain stores) because my parents have had a good experience with them in the past. On their website, they specify that they carry several lines of cork and bamboo flooring. They do not. When we first arrive, the sales woman at the front desk sighed loudly before asking if she could help us. Then she tells us they don't carry bamboo because "Larry hates to install it". We asked about cork and she looked at us like we were crazy. We explained that they profess to sell several brands (and we used our smart phone on their site to tell her about the brands) and she had no idea what we were talking about. When she called the foreman/manager to ask him (while making stabbing motions through the phone; not quite a consummate professional), he said they didn't have cork and "It's on the website because we can get anything we want. Everything is on the website". He finally went into the back room and came out with two samples of bamboo - not at all the variety we had asked about, but apparently all that they had. He also spent several minutes trying to tell us why we didn't want it (we had it installed in a previous home and it was wonderful). We were prepared to use Larry Lint to supply all of the floors in the home we are currently designing with our architect - a home that could easily be featured in modern architecture magazines when it is complete. No thank you - I could never recommend them. Rude, unprofessional, and unprepared to supply anything other than the most conventional materials. We will be using Rusmur floors in Monroeville instead (who stock 27 different types of cork, not to mention bamboo).
My first impression was terrible. I would never do business with this company. I was looking for carpet and tile for my bathroom/bedroom remodel. I checked their website and was interested in visiting their store. The website said they were open until 9pm on Mondays and Thursdays. I arrive at their store at approximately 7:45pm on a Thursday and state we are looking for carpeting/tile and would like to see your selection. They told me that they close at 8pm and that I had come in too late to accomplish what I came for. I said oh I'm sorry, I drove approximately one hour to come to your store thinking your hours were until 9pm as your website states. They said our website says our hours are until 8pm on Thursdays you must be mistaken. I pulled the website up on my phone and showed them that it clearly says they are open until 9pm. Larry the owner says that I couldn't ne on their website because they close at 8pm. I handed them my phone and one of the ladies working the front desk said Larry it is our website that he is on. That didn't change anything, I still had to leave by 8pm and could not see what selection they had. I asked if they could provide me an incentive to come back another day to look at their selection because the website informed me wrong and I had now wasted 2 hours of my evening and they said sorry our hours are until 8pm and they people who manage the website are at fault not us.
I ordered carpet from here for our basement. I decided to go back and finish the rest of our house. They sent out their measure team, measured all the rooms we desired for the project (every room that doesn't have hardwood floors). Roughly 2 weeks later we decide to order carpet. I went to the store, picked out carpet, left the store with the rooms written down w/ cost. We call back with the deposit for the order, they arrive for install and LEAVE OUT A BEDROOM!! So they make the attempt to charge us another $700! After explaining to them that the original agreement and price is why I did the deal, they pretty much said "OH WELL"... Great Business, folks!! Take a bow! Now I have to order carpet from another business and hope that it matches. I guess my next stop is the BBB
Love my new floors Employees were helpful in the store and the works did an excellent job with the flooring

This place does good business. They have good products at a fair price. The crew who worked on my apartment did great work. They were good guys and they worked at a good pace! In & out! I would recommend this place to everyone!

so far my dealings with Larry Lint Flooring has been undesirable. They changed the price of the carpet i ordered and would not honor the original quoted price. I should have walked on the deal at that point but I opted to downgrade the carpet to stay within my budget. I got the installation set up for today and was told the installers would be here at 11am. At 11:30 i called to find out if they were delayed. They were by 1.5 hours, this is unacceptable as i have already taken the day off work to accomadate this install. Larry Lint does not make it easy and convienent to do business with them. I would not recommend this company to friends and family,

I had wall to wall carpeting installed almost 5 years ago and I am still pleased with the results. My only real issue is that I had to remove all of nails that were in my hard wood floors myself before having the new carpet installed. I was told that if I didn't remove the old nails/staples, the heads/tops would be cut off and the metal stems would forever remain in the wood. This would have created a problem if I ever decided that I wanted to refinish my hard wood floors, so I'm glad they told me up front.

I just used Larry Lint to replace ceramic tile in a large portion of the main living areas of my house. Everyone I dealt with -- the estimator, the people in the showroom, and the guys who did the installation -- was professional, timely and honest. I was referred to Lint by two close friends, but I got other bids as well and they were by far the most competitive. I would definitely recommend them to people as well as use them again in the future myself.
