Nice carpet selections and the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. It was a pleasure to shop in a store that still has helpful staff & appreciates their customers, as contrasted with the Big Box Store in this area where the opposite is the case. Prices are lower than the other store too. 😊

They are friendly and helpful with absolutely no pressure. We had them install hard wood floors and the installers went over and above to make everything perfect. We are now back to have them put in new floors downstairs. Highly recommend.

Had flooring put down in November 2021 in my living room, dining room, hallway, and foyer, and had complete new stairway installed. Amazing job. Flooring guys did a fantastic job and were so friendly and helpful. Dale Sumner was so easy to communicate with — just like he was 40 years ago when he he installed flooring for my home. I am completely satisfied and everyone involved a “Big 10”.

I highly recommend Dale and the team at Westport Flooring. Dale and team installed hardwoods in our entire home. Not only did they source the exact product I needed but they were able to beat the price of many other flooring companies in the area. Dale and his daughter were a pleasure to work with through our very large scale project. Even though we ran into a few unexpected things, Dale saw to it that it was remedied and ultimately resulted in our beautiful finished product. Dale’s experience alongside his daughters tenacity to ensure the customer experience is perfect and your flooring products needs are met is something you just don’t see anymore in business. They are the real-deal local family business that I feel good about supporting and recommending to friends and family. They will ensure that they get the job done right!

Westport helped me add a carpet stair runner to my wood stairs so that my small dog wouldn't have to keep slipping and falling down the stairs! The process was so seamless, the actual installation only took 2 hours, and the pricing is impossible to beat in the Charlotte area. I got about 10 quotes and Westport's pricing was significantly better than all the rest. Plus the runner came out so nice that it completely leveled up our new house!

I highly recommend Westport flooring if you are looking to add or replace a carpet stair runner! The process was seamless and everyone was so pleasant to work with. My runner was installed in less than 2 hours and the installer even cleaned up after himself and left me extra in case we ever need to change out any of the pieces. Plus it looks stunning and it's super comfortable to walk on.

Within 2 hours of my call they had measured my home, brought samples for me to look at while I was at work and had the carpet installed by the next morning. I couldn't have asked for better service. They are all just the nicest people to work with. THANK YOU!!!
