5 months ago I'm a contractor and have been working with Inland Pacific for about a year. We've bought from them many times in that time frame and they've always had great, friendly service. Darrell, the owner, has always been quick to deal with any issues that have occurred. The best part is, he doesn't try to upsell. He truly just wants to help you find the product that is best for you in your price range. I'm always happy to tell my customers to go see him.

11 months ago Got great carpet through our general contractor from Inland Pacific Flooring. The staff was helpful as we made our choice, and the installers were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves nicely.

12 months ago If I could rate them at a zero I would. Bought flooring from them less than a year ago. They were great at the sales part, promised us the flooring would hold up to our 2 kid 2 dog household. Flooring was installed and started peeling and scratching immediately. I called and emailed photos, was never contacted back. My husband has been dealing with them for weeks trying to get some help. They blame it on the manufacturer and and their distribution rep. The owner Darryl triedto sell us different flooring instead because apparently the $1500 we spent to redo 600 Sq feet of flooring was only going to last us less than a year. I didn't realize we needed to budget a monthly dollar amount to replace our floor annually. Darryl also recommended that we spend an additional $250 to get an independent inspector out to prove our case to the manufacturer. Shouldn't Darryl pay this fee and stand behind the product he sells?? NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE CROOKS WHO OFFER NO ASSISTANCE WHEN THEIR PRODUCT FAILS AND WHO ARE FAR TOO BUSY TO CONTACT YOU BACK. WE WILL BE RIPPING THIS FLOORING OUT AND WILL BE DUMPING IT ON THEIR FRONT STEP SO IF ANYONE WANTS 1500 DOLLARS WORTH OF TERRIBLE LAMINATE FLOORING FEEL FREE TO PICK IT UP!
12 months ago Wow. That is crazy. Thanks for letting me know!
12 months ago Hi Leslie, I think your going a little overboard on your statements here. You weren't even here for the discussion between your husband and I. I went over with your husband what needs to be done to get this taken care of if your floor is really having issues with it's durability and construction. I gave your husband the name of 2 independant inspectors that can come out and inspect the floor for manufacturing defects. This way there is no bias with my store or the distributor for hiring them. If they come back that the floor is inferior and has manufacturing defects I will be more than happy to get you your money back on the inspection and flooring. I also offered your husband any floor in my shop at my cost for a replacemnt. I'm sorry, but I can't just replace floors for anyone who is unhappy with them. I have seen the pictures and I will say that manufacturers wont replace flooring because things were dropped, beat or slid across the floors and created scratches or dings. As for some of the delamination that is almost always caused by moisture. I'm not saying that is what is happening to your floor but in 9 years of selling laminate I have never had one go bad due to manufacturing. Take my advise and get the inspection done if you truly feel your not responsilbe for the damage that has occured to your flooring. Then we can address the situation after their inspection report comes back. Sincerely, Darrell
12 months ago I am not in any way going overboard. This flooring is garbage. I have been in the construction industry for 20 yrs and would never tell a customer that a material is commercial rated, have it fail and not stand behind it. You know as well as I do that we can pay an independent inspector and it will do NO good, you even admitted it to our contractor who called to follow up, we would be throwing good money after bad, which is also what we would be doing if we bought more overpriced under performing flooring from you so keep your offer. Nice to know the flooring you offered to sell us at your cost was actually more expensive than what we originally purchased, how does that make sense. The flooring you sold us can't take a toddler playing on it, it scratches, the edges are peeling in numerous locations not anywhere near a water source and what are supposed to be pretty little knot details in the top of the pieces have no color to them. It is not that we are trying to get something for nothing, you let 6 months go by without addressing the situation and dimissed repeated calls ans emails, it has only gotten worse, and I have only gotten more angry at the lies told by your sales staff, that is TERRIBLE business. My last floor was on for almost 10 yrs and was laminate also, I know what to expect from the material, the flooring you sold is garbage and that is where it will be going. You are darn lucky it was my husband that visited you because he is far nicer than I and it seems to me you took advantage of a kind and trusting person. Don't be surprised if you find me parked outside of your establishment with a giant sign on my vehicle telling the world about the type of business that you run.

last year Daryl and Tammy are wonderful folks to work with. They listen to your needs and show you what will work. They do not rush you to make a decision and find just the right product for your needs. Have purchased both flooring and tile for our entire home there. Their installers show up on time and complete The job on time and are very professional. Would recommend them to anyone!

last year Today I purchased vinyl flooring from Inland Pacific Flooring and am amazed at the quality and the price- it was almost 1/2 what the big box store quoted me! Their customer service is outstanding and I will be recommending them to family and friends every chance I get!

3 years ago I moved to Spokane in 2008 and needed carpet for our new house. We were sent to Carpet 1 by a neighbor for a quote for 240 yds of fairly high end carpet. ( 15,200 ) Another neighbor suggested Great Floors. We took in the samples from Carpet 1 and they told us "we are going to destroy that price!" ( 13,200 ) After two ridiculous quotes, the people that we bought our house from referred us to Inland Pacific Flooring, because that's who they originally bought the carpet from. They too told us they could get the same carpet like they other stores stated. What makes them different than the other stores was that they stayed late on a friday night to help us with our problem. Their price was ( 5,800 ) and their installer charged 1,200 for the whole house and removal of old carpet and pad. Our experience with IPF was absolutely awesome. We have went back for tile and carpet since we found them. I have and will send anyone that I know or meet to them for tile, vinyl, laminate, carpet or hardwoods. They will treat you like a person not a SALE.!! AAA rating for service-products-pricing.

3 years ago We purchased a 20-year old home which had the original carpets in it. So began the search for high quality carpet at a low price. We got a bid from Lowe's and an independent carpet guy. They were both at $4,500 for 2 bedrooms to be carpeted (including installation). Went to Inland Pacific Flooring and found the same carpet for $3,000 (including installation). The service we received was way above and beyond the other places. The installers were wonderful. They make sure you are getting the best deal possible and they make the entire process much easier than everyone else (just gave them the measurements of our rooms). We even got laminate flooring (that looks and feels like real wood) for far less money for another area of our house. The laminate is much better than what they sell elsewhere. I highly recommend this place. You have to check them out when doing any remodeling/redecorating.

6 years ago Great Store and Saved me a Ton First I had been 4 larger stores who all quoted me over $10,000 for my job with fairly poor service. Inland Pacific Flooring save me over $3,000 on the exact same product and gave me great customer service. They are hidden gem. They are worth finding. Jim Freeman
