last month The woodlands location is awful! My mother ordered tile in September and they said they would install oct 3rd. Here it is almost Christmas still no tile. Was schedules for today they called and said they were on there way then 4 hrs later said they needed to reschedule... Again! Worst company ever
last month Its Roberts carpets in the woodlands with the same exact logo as yours. The order is in my mothers name under akers
last month Its also the same address listed in your about section on this facebook page.
last month Okay, I'm sorry you've had a bad experience ma'am. Can you PM me her full name and your contact information so we can look into remedying the situation?
last month I'm sorry ma'am, we do not have any orders under your name. Also, we do not have any tile orders scheduled to be installed for today. Are you sure your order was with us? Please PM me your contact information and the name your order is under if not. Thank you.
last month We do not have a single tile purchase in our records under the name Akers in the last 10 years. We also never had any tile installation scheduled for yesterday, December 8th. Please PM me your contact information and I'd be happy to assist you and your mother in sorting this out.

2 months ago The Best! First, the sales people are very knowledgeable, very straight-forward and very patient. It took us a month (if not more) to decide on our flooring choices. A special shout out to Steve D. at The Woodlands store and also to the manager of the 290 store. You guys sold us the best product for our needs and desires. IT LOOKS GREAT! Wood flooring in common areas, we went with the Shaw Epic line and it looks wonderful...and made in America! The carpeting choice (Dixie Home/Stainmaster) for our bedrooms looks and feels perfect. The installation teams were very professional and very courteous. Excellent work from both teams, with another thank you to Mike R. (wood floors) and I do not remember the names of our carpet installers...but they did great.

12 months ago Go see Ron Wilhite at the Stafford location. He is not only a very nice man, but he gives a fair, reasonable price for quality products.

last year TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AS A CARPET AND FLOORING STORE. As an interior designer, I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. the salesman dropped the ball by not ordering my clients carpet when told to do so and was given the large sum of money to do so. After 2 months I finally found out it was never even ordered. Once it finally did arrive, it was scheduled to be installed 3 weeks before the actual date. Upon arrival, the 2 "installers" that work for Roberts said itwas to heavy for them to carry it into my clients house and left it in her garage, uncovered. It's ridiculous, that they were able to put it into their delivery van as well unload it in her garage but it was too heavy to carry and install it in the home. Who sends delivery people and installers to a home and then says it's to heavy for us to get it out of our van? So unprofessional! There's actually more disappointing things that go along with this but what's the point, Other than the fact that the owners refuse to call myself back or my client to try and fix this issue. I WILL be contacting the BBB on them for taking the money and not following through with the contract. And if I have my way, i will take this a lot further. Public, you have been warned. They will take your money and not follow through on their end of the contract. FAIL!!!
last year Sorry for the delay, but we felt it important to investigate the matter prior to responding. We are so sorry that you had a bad experience at Roberts Carpet; it is truly unfortunate when mistakes are made. As you know, initially there was a lack of communication from our salesperson. After attempting to follow up, when he did not hear back from your client, our salesperson believed he had “lost” the project. However, once we realized that you wanted to proceed, and received the signed paperwork from your client, the carpet was ordered immediately. On the day of installation a two man crew with thirty years of experience arrived at the job site to install the procured carpet. They quickly realized that due to the weight of the carpet (nearly 100 ou./sq. yd.) and the nature of the three flights of stairs, they were just not strong enough to get the carpet up to the third floor. We clearly should have been better prepared, but unfortunately we simply underestimated the difficulty of getting the product up to the third floor. Your client was very understanding and agreed to let us come back the following weekend, better prepared, to move forward with the installation. Our General Manager is now aware of the scheduling date and we are confident there will be no further complications. Thank you for choosing Roberts Carpet for your flooring purchase, and remaining patient with us.
last year This post is absolutely ridiculous. First of all because instead of returning my numerous phone calls to contact someone about this issue, this is the response I get, on Facebook. That shows just how unprofessional Roberts Carpet is. The salesman knew he had the job and took the CC number to order the carpet weeks prior to it being ordered and was told the day he measured at the house if there were any issues at all with anything to please call me. I never received not 1 phone call saying my client needed to sign an email that he said was sent to them. And if the 2 installers had 30 years experience they should have known it was to heavy to pick up, instead of leaving thousands of dollars of carpet on her garage floor uncovered. Of course my client was understanding, she was literally forced into the position to reschedule AGAIN. I'm the one who had to deal with her disappointment because I was the one whom recommended Roberts Carpet. Not once has anyone tried to find a solution to making her a happy customer or myself, which at this point, will never bring or refer a client to your business again. You would think a free carpet cleaning or something would be offered after her expensive carpet was placed in her garage for a week. But nope, nothing! Very sad excuse of investigating the situation, as I believe you called it, there are 2 sides to every story and I'm still waiting on the phone call that am sure not to recieve. It's ok, because I will put a mark against you with the BBB unless someone can call me back.

2 years ago This company is currently in storing the floor in my house. It's probably going to take twice as long as I was told, resulting in my having to reschedule a bunch of other work. I would normally be okay with this, except that the construction crew doesn't seem to work even three quarters of a day. The quality of their work seems to be okay so far, but given how much additional money this is going to cost me due to their delays from not showing up on time or working a full day, as well as how much float they ended up using in the installation as compared to what I was told would likely be necessary, I would highly recommend getting your flooring installation done elsewhere. The shopping experience was okay with nothing to complain about, but that's where they're trying to get your money. Once they have your money, they don't seem very responsive or eager to do the work in a timely fashion. Add to that that a few items have been broken it or even in rooms they're working in, I can only give them one star.
2 years ago At least it's finally done and installed properly. Now that's the end.
