last year You really would have to be crazy to get carpet or any flooring for that matter from some where else. Kevin's Carpets has an amazing selection with unbeatable prices. The salesmen and personnel are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The installation is quick and sharp. The installation team is friendly and polite. I couldn't ask for a better consumer experience.

last year We have used this company on several occasions for carpet for our church. We have been nothing but pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff and installers. Hope to another project soon.

last year I had a great experience with Kevin's Carpets. I had new hardwood installed in my entire house (I just downsized) and it is beautiful. They where great to work with, things went so quick and the price blew me away. I will be adding more floors later and would not consider any one other than Kevin's.

2 years ago Absolutely awesome experience while shopping and purchasing our carpets and flooring. Kevin played our daughter and kept her occupied, while we worked out the details and closed the deal. Honestly one of; if not the best customer service experience I have ever had. I would recommend anyone buying carpets, laminate, hardwood, etc. to visit this location. Thank you very much!!!

2 years ago First let me say that I am glad that people have the right to freedom of speech and that there are places for opinions and views to be shared. That being said I also will stand up for and rebuttal any reviews that I feel are misleading and or false. Mr. Mullins purchased hardwood floors from us and yes we did the install. 2/3 of the way thru the installation he stopped in our store and asked if we could add on a hall. We talked about how the job was going at that time. He did not mention to me that the installers where smoking, using his glue and tools etc at this time. We added on the hall and the project continued on schedule. Shortly after the project was completed Mr. Mullins stopped in and talked with Kevin and Chad about his left over materials. When figuring for wood projects you must add in a waste factor. We did discuss the waste with him at time of purchase. (This waste amount is unknown at the time of sale and yes we don't take back left over products because the consumer will need the leftovers at some time in the future. If you have damage to the floor and there is no product left and the product is discontinued you can not make repairs and your investment is down the tubes!! I cannot tell you how many people I see this happen too. So yes you should keep that box safe in the attic or garage for future needs.) When Mr. Mullins was in the store discussing the leftovers he never once mentioned his concerns about the installers! Not one mention about the cig butts, the glue, etc. He did leave our store angry and I can only assume in an effort to get back at us he perhaps "added" some things to his review that maybe are a mistruth. Also Mr. Mullins stated "he paid in full upfront so we had his money and we could care less". Again this is not true. Mr. Mullins took advantage of our financing options. He paid 25% down and financed the rest. Of course I am very upset about this bad review and I want every one happy but in this case we did no wrong. Sincerely, Diana Holleran Co-Owner

3 years ago Rick and Kevin installed our carpet yesterday. They did an excellent job, invisible seaming, metal end strips secured into concrete, good detail work, looks great! We shopped around quite a bit and feel we got good value. We love the no hassle, one price covers all, approach. I was a little nervous about the pay upfront policy but it all turned out fine. There sales floor is very organized. Sales staff was very helpful. It is nice doing business with a good local company.

6 years ago STAY AWAY!!! I felt it would be good to support a local business over a big box store, bad idea! Kevin’s installed my carpet, and within a week it was pulling off the tack strip. I called Kevin’s 3 times and set up 3 separate appointments to get it fixed, and they never showed for any of them! I took time off work to come home so they could fix it, but they never showed!!!! I ended up fixing it myself after I purchased my own tools. STAY AWAY!!!!
2 years ago This customer had a repair to his carpet that needed to be made and yes Kevin did forget the appointment. He called him as soon as he realized he had missed the time and offered to come right over and take care of the issue. Customer refused. He did do his own repair but he fails to mention that we reimbursed him for the tools he purchased. Diana
