A copy of the retail receipt must show proof of retail purchase between January 25, 2025 - December 31, 2026, in order for the rebate to be valid. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by the deadline date. Online submissions received after the deadline date will not be processed. Rebate requests can only be submitted after flooring purchase has been installed. Limit one rebate redemption per name, address or household. Submissions must be filled out completely and valid information is required for processing. Consumers will receive a confirmation email when their rebate has been received. If the consumer does not receive a confirmation email, the rebate submission is not valid and will not be processed. A copy of the retail receipt/proof of qualifying retail purchase is required. Order acknowledgments, packing slips, and flooring estimates are not valid proofs of purchase. Keep copies of all materials for your records. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing online submissions (recommended), and up to 8 weeks for mail-in submissions. Rebate will be issued in the form of a check and mailed to the consumer.
