Used them for carpet and vinyl (still waiting on the vinyl). The quality of the work is great, no problems with that and their selection is great. The only reason I gave two stars is their communication is the worst I have ever experienced. If you can't install it for a month, no problem just let me know however to not return calls is totally unprofessional and shows a lack of concern for your customers. I am probably the most flexible and understanding but when you refuse to call back or let me know anything, my patience begins to run thin. If you don't take care of you customers, someone else will.
My husband and I picked out tile at the store for our bathroom. The salesman took down all of our information and said be would call us to set up a date to come to the house to measure the room. We waited several days and I had to call back twice to schedule an appointment. The owner measured the room and said he would call us back that afternoon with the estimate. After not hearing from them for 10 days, I called to see if they had the estimate. I left a message on the answering machine....during business hours. Again, no returned call. It's very frustrating. Certainly not the kind of customer service one would expect from a local business.
