Boyd and his staff are fantastic. We also were very impressed by the large selection.

We love our new carpet! It is beautiful. It was a pleasure to work with the staff at Wholesale Flooring Group, who actually found our carpet for us after a short description of what we wanted. Quality and price were great. Will always use them for our flooring needs.

Called on two separate occasions now about a week or so apart. Worked with Karen still no phone call back on my flooring request. Poor customer service. I do NOT recommend Karen, nor this flooring company.
Our experience has been amazing with Wholesale Flooring Resource. A wealth of knowledge and experience from interior design to installation Karen and Jim have been extremely invaluable as we are going through a renovation on our first home. They have been very accommodating and helpful in making the process as painless as possible. Thank you for your great products and services. We are excited for the final product!
Very poor experience with this company. They advertise that they will not bill until the job is complete, then bill midway through the process and have still not completed the job after 3 months, and over $1500 in extra product ordered based on their measurements. Save your time and go to RC Willy.
We actually went above and beyond for Mr. Johnson and am sorry to hear he still was not satisfied. When installers arrived he had not cleared out anything from the rooms to receive new flooring so we paid them to do it at no charge to Mr. Johnson. We financed him for 12 months no interest and started the term only after all flooring was completed and waiting for some back ordered moldings to arrive. Job took 3 months because Mr. Johnson originally ordered a product and when it came in it did not match his new cabinets so we returned it and started over again. Not sure where the $1,500.00 came from but there was extra product because Mr. Johnson added areas that were not originally measured and then called in with his measurements. We allowed him to return material and gave him a refund.
We purchased hardwoods, tile and carpeting from Chris at Wholesale Flooring and we thrilled with the outcome. He was so patient with my indecisiveness and was very professional throughout the entire process. Not to mention we got some great deals! The installers were very friendly and did a beautiful job. This was our second time purchasing through WFR and we recommend them wholeheartedly to all our friends. Great place to do business, I can't say enough good things about our experience.

Thanks Kristen! Glad you are happy with the new flooring and it was great to work with you as well.
We really enjoyed working with Jim who helped us choose the flooring we really love. He even worked with their schedule to get it installed before our out-of-town relatives came to visit. Alfonso arrived on time & did a great job. He was even willing to return to do the cove on the island. We put a 50% deposit down to place the order & we'll be paying the balance once the work is done. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that they covered the screw holes in our bathroom downstairs where I removed the toilet and it's anchor plate. I was able to peel back the LVT to find one of them but it caused some minor cracking of the grout surrounding that tile. Not sure if it needs more grout but that's what Alfonso offered to do if needed. Overall it was a pleasure doing business with them! Very professional.
We had a water line to our fridge break and cause extensive damage to our laminate wood floors. Wholesale was subcontracted by our insurance company or the repair company to replace our floors. They installed Shaw laminate flooring. We have had the new flooring in for about 6 months and we already have approximately 7 different seams in the floor that are either bubbling up or seperating from minor water spills from our kids. We had our old laminate wood floors for many years and never had an issue with this ever. Now, if we don't wipe up a small water or juice spill within 15 minutes and it's on a seam, it will bubble up and warp. If anyone has kids I would strongly advise not using Shaw flooring, as you know that minor spills happen often and sometimes are not noticed for several minutes.. I wish Wholesale Flooring didn't use them. Also, the installation work was pretty low quality. They had to install one new transition piece where the new flooring hits a bedroom, and that piece has already fallen out of place and is broken. Also, there is another section of new flooring they installed that is in front of the entrance to our tv room that was not properly glued down or installed and we have to manually slide it back into place every day. Not happy with the quality of material used or the install, but the people we worked with there were easy to work with. We have just been advised that in order to fix the problems we would have to file yet another claim and pay another deductible. We don't want to have to do that, but if we do will certainly try a different flooring place.

Great experience with Wholesale Flooring! I just had new carpet installed and couldn't be happier. My salesperson Chris made the process stress free and after I visited the showroom and narrowed my choices down he brought the samples to my house when he measured so l could match to my paint and furniture colors. Would definitely recommed to anyone in the market for new flooring.

I will never do business with this company again. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have owed me money for 4 months and they are claiming that they can't get it to me because they have to wait for the Tile…

We "bought" (the insurance paid) carpet from these guys about a year ago and had a very good experience. They came out in two days and installed the carpet in our living room and hallway in one afternoon (and did a beautiful job). We were even able to get the top-of-the-line padding (which made our floor so much nicer to walk on).

We were not happy with the quality and installation of our floor. Customer service was slow and unhelpful. We will not be using this company again.

We used them when we finished our basement a year and a half ago. The sales guy was very helpful, but they didn't have much of a selection. The big problem was having them honor the one year warranty on labor (which they never did). A few months before the labor warranty expired we got a big bubble in our carpet. It took them over a month and a half of calling to get someone out to look at it. When the installer came he looked it over and after complaining about his back pains, he said that it wouldn't be covered under the warranty. We asked them why and he said that the builder got the carpet wet by the window when they were finishing the basement. We pointed out that the new bubble in the carpet was no where near the window and was clearly an issue with the workmanship. He complained about his back again and said he had to go to his car to get some paperwork. He then just left without coming back! I kept on calling and calling and finally spoke with the manager, which he said himself it should be covered. He promised to send someone out to re look at it and would call back when someone would be in the neighborhood. I never heard back from anyone, though I left messages for a month afterward. So, in a nutshell, if you are looking for the cheapest prices this may be a good start to look at. If you care about quality whatsoever, go with someone else.
