Getting new flooring for my home was so easy at CRT Flooring. They made everything very simple for me and laid it all out. We bought Cortec flooring through Costco to be installed by your company. The install was completed 6/2022. We noticed that the floor was making popping sounds and at times it felt like you would also get this hollow sound. We contacted your representative (Angel). After month of leaving messages we were finally had Angel show up at our home. We got the "I don't know what it is " since everything looked so great.. She promised to send Anthony to figure out what could be wrong.. Well, again we had to leave messages for month until finally Anthony showed up. He said it all looked alright, the floor seems level so it has to be the product is defective..Again we were promised that Angel would give us a call. After leaving several message we were informed she would order new Cortec LVT and replace them in the areas that were most noticeable. A couple of month go by and we were informed Anthony would be at out home on (/29/23 between noon and 3 pm. Well, it is now 5 pm and no Anthony, no calls from Angel either.

Our new build with DR Horton came with chipped and cracked tiles. 3 months of trying to get them properly fixed. Every single time we schedule, they are a NO SHOW! Complaints go nowhere and are completely ignored. A staff person admitted to me over the phone that if you schedule a Saturday appointment it's up to the scheduled tech if he wants to show or not. ZERO consequence if he doesn't show, and no courtesy call to cancel so you are left on the hook. We have been ghosted 4 times now. If this review doesn't get their attention I hope it gets yours!

We chose CRT Flooring because of their affiliation through Costco.During the consultation, Ewell was very courteous and knowledgable. He helped me choose the exact shade of carpet that would match the existing carpet that we already had. He took the time to plan and explain the placement of carpet seams to minimize waste (save $) and to assure me that the seams would not be seen. He was right- the color he suggested perfectly matches what we have. I also appreciated that he gave me reasonable options for my situation and was not pushy.During installation, Jose S. and his friend (forgot his name) did a very good job on the carpet installation. It was clear that they were very thorough, did everything with attention to detail and quality. The installation was the part I was apprehensive about beforehand, but they did an amazing quality job and it looks fantastic.Everything from the consultation to installation went smoothly and I’m very happy with my experience with CRT. I do recommend them.

Will never do business with this company again. Their billing and customer service is abysmal. The salesperson incorrectly measured our floors, was unresponsive, debited our accounts without notifying us of time and amount of withdrawals, attempted to overcharge us on tile removal due to measuring discrepancies, caused a delay in installation, and then informed us we still had money due four months after we were told our account was paid. The invoices and billing are not easy to read, intuitive, or helpful.The reason this gets two stars and not one is because the workers installing the products were good, and the price is likely in line with the market value. The customer service and attention made for a horrible experience. Spend your money elsewhere.

Do NOT use! I have been trying for over 10 months to have my floors fixed on a NEW home. Five different home visits from CRT works, each looked at work and stated it is "too big to fix". I had one CRT inspector look at my flooring and agree "this is embarrassing" but nothing has been done. Recently, found out CRT closed out all work orders stating they have completed work when NOTHING was done. Again, do not recommend it. They will not do ANY warranty work.

We like the final product (vinyl and carpet). However the installation was a little rough and took a longer than expected to complete. Also, communication with the install team was difficult. We experienced carpet being cut rough leaving awkward edges at baseboards and stairs, a few stains on newly installed carpets and scuffs on newly painted walls, vinyl flooring quarter round was scuffed up with black markings. However in the end Angel and Justin worked to try correct the mistakes and make improvements in the workmanship that were needed. The original order of supplies was not enough to complete the project so, the reorder delayed the project as well. There is improvement needed when it comes to attention to detail and leaving the property clean at the finish. It would also have been nice to have the project manager visit the sight before the project is finished to see the workmanship and help the make sure the client is happy with the work being done in the home.

I am very disappointed in CRT flooring. My new vinyl plank flooring has spots that are extremely difficult to remove. In fact, I am not sure I will be able to remove them. These spots are all over the house. CRT tells me it is wax that is used in transportation to keep the flooring from scratching and that it will mop off over time. It does not mop off. I have never seen this on a floor in my life and am afraid the flooring is damaged. The crew did a good job installing the flooring, but the trim work is less than stellar. Handling of our personal items was also less than stellar. Overall, I would not recommend this business to anyone.

CRT did a great job installing the floor-planking we picked for our home. Jennifer patiently negotiated the details of the job so that it was done as soon as possible and within our budget. She took extra care for us and we really appreciate her. The installer, Mario and helper Louis were easy to have in our home and we are pleased with their very competent and professional work . Everything went smoothly and on schedule! Morillo came to the house to measure and he brought samples with him. Based on our discussion, he showed me some samples that were exactly what I was looking for. The product was installed a few weeks later without any issues. We are pleased with the whole process and end result!

On the day of the scheduled install we got a call telling us they wouldn’t be there for our 8-10 am window and would arrive the next day. We felt that was unprofessional to call so late but things happen and we’re not unreasonable. The kids didn’t hate camping out an extra day in the living room since all of their beds had been taken apart. I do wish they had a way to clean up the thousands of carpet threads left by the install. We did call them back to unearth a rouge 18” piece of z bar that found its way into the middle of the floor in one room. They thought it might be a 2 day job but with some help from us to move furniture, they were able to complete the job in 1 day.

Purchasing and having carpet installed by CRT Flooring was an incredibly frustrating experience. A lot of the frustration could have been alleviated by improved communication. I do not recommend working with Ewell, you may have a better experience with a different salesperson.The in-home consultation went well, and that option was very much appreciated during the pandemic. Receiving the quote required a follow-up and several days longer than other vendors we'd requested quotes from but this was not initially concerning.Once I confirmed we wanted to purchase carpet with them, it took about a week to confirm that the carpet had been ordered. The carpet arrived within a week of ordering. After the carpet had arrived, getting the carpet installation scheduled was a major issue. After waiting 2 days from the carpet's arrival, I called or messaged either Ewell or the CRT flooring office about every other day, trying to get a date on their schedule. No one at the CRT office was able to help, and instead continued to refer me to Ewell. Each time I spoke to Ewell and reminded him who I was, he'd assured me he'd get back to me by the end of the day or the next day. I'd wait 48 hours and then follow-up. After two weeks of this, I was finally given a date - in another two weeks. This was a relief - I would have much preferred to have someone tell when the carpet arrived that it would not be installed for a month then to be strung along for two weeks first.About a week out, the installation date was pushed back again. There was no confirmation or communication in the days leading up to the installation. I requested an estimated arrival window and was told 9:30-10:30 AM. The day of the installation, I waited until 11AM and called the office to confirm the location of the installers. I was told they would arrive in 15 minutes. They finally arrived about an hour later. The installers were pleasant and worked hard. We are very happy with the quality of the carpet and the installation but the headache of getting here makes me recommend against using CRT Flooring. They need to do some serious work to improve their communication and customer experience.

My wife and I both enjoyed meeting with Ewell Bowers, our CRT sales representative. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our initial questions and followed through on everything we discussed and agreed to. We were looking for specific materials in both carpet and padding and found CRT's choices to be more complete than the other three competitors that we shopped. The entire purchase and contract experience went as expected without any "surprises"!The installation process handled by Surfaces Installation Service was also "Five Stars". Rodrigo has many years of experience and the quality of his installation displayed his expertise. Rodrigo and his helper Eric could not do enough to please us with both the installation and cleanup.We would highly recommend CRT Flooring Concepts, Ewell Bowers, Sales and Surfaces Installation Service, Christopher Lujan, G.M. and his crews. YES, we would use them again!!!

The floor is great! The installers were excellent craftsmen. My only problem is: they sold my flooring to a cash and carry customer the week before the install date. Then between the local store and manufacturer the materials were late getting to San Antonio. Our house was torn up for two extra days waiting for the floor. Don’t let them start without the full order on hand.

The flooring and installation were great. We're very happy with it. Especially love that the price covered moving our furniture - we had a lot. Areas of improvement: Our project was a Costco/CRT deal and the arcane paper-based system for that is not geared toward a good customer experience. It took 3 physical trips to the store to get things squared away. Also, my confidence in the security of credit card info provided via this method is low.

Worst experience ever! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. We endured horrible customer service at CRT the length of time that it took them to actually install and then FIX what should’ve been done correctly the first time! No one there is willing to actually listen to the customer- only worried about taking your $$$$! Took them 3 months to install carpet correctly and it was only 3 small rooms!! No apologies no nothing. They DO NOT CARE!! Unacceptable. Will never do business with them again.

I had hardfloor installation through Costco year back, Now the floor has some wear and tear. I am trying to reach this CRT floor past 3 days but no one answering properly, and finally got call from manager and he was saying I can do repair my own. All I was looking for the installation crew from CRT so that I can pay for them to replace/repair the some woods instead I do my own. And the tone from the sales guy is totally different now before and after the sale. Very disappointed :(

The sales person was slow to respond and slow to handle the paperwork. The sales person was extremely nice. No one came to inspect the job once it was complete for quality and when we contacted to ask for someone to come back and correct some items it is going to take over two weeks to have someone out.

Our experiebce with CRT has been an bad experience of deception. The sales rep set and I agreeed on setting up a date to start on the flooring. It had been a month + waiting on the Material to arrive and even at that some of the rest was due to arrive on the week of the 7th Of Sept. This all started back in Aug 2021. We agreed on a date on Aug 30 to start up on the 8th of Sept. The material had to be on site two days prior to be set in place. The sales lady dropped the ball and did not deliver the material on site The 8th of Aug arrived an no work was done due to the person lying and covering her deception for not coordinating the work that she should have done. The second Contract on my bathroomwas suppose to start after the copletion of the kitchen It would not arrive till the week of the 27th of Sept two months +-. I wanted to cancel the bathroom contract back Aug 30 since it was going to take to long for it to be installed. The sales lady replied there would be restocking fee on the contract. How can ther be restocking fee whenh the material is in back order and not on site to restock. Anyway It came down to the ***** Sept. When I realized that this decption that day was to much taking lies to cover up their #%* for their being> I stated that i did not want the work to be doneI will pay the restocking for the Kitchen and not for the bathroom. If she would have been thrutful and stated she screwed up I coul live with what we could work out. iWe Made the mistake paying for the job in advance.

Worst flooring people are here. Sales rep promises you something and time comes they lie on your face. I had worst experience with Eric and Lauren. There is no ownership or responsibility here. Word from one doesn’t stand against another. What Eric would promise doesn’t necessarily mean correct from Lauren as she is manager and have final word. My only reason to do business with them was to go through ****** flooring but I learned it wasn’t worth. We are very sorry you felt your project was handled poorly and not up front. CRT felt like we performed in a courteous manner with unfortunately a 1 day delay which you were compensated for. We also are sorry we were not able to provide you with an inflated quote of our services for your records. We can only by law provide you an invoice for what was actually done. Eric and Lauren both went above and beyond to complete your project and we did provide services beyond our scope of work to make sure you were happy. Again I apologize if you felt we did not perform here but we will take your comments and try and improve our processes.

Kirk was AMAZING!! He made this whole process so easy. I needed a carpet that would stand up to our 2 cats and five children, and Kirk hooked me up with an awesome carpet. My son's friend brought over his dog, and it peed on the floor. Of course, I was panicked, but the pee did just stood on top of the carpet and did not go into the fibers. I was able to clean it up no problem.In addition, I truly appreciate CRT Flooring and Kirk's patience. It took us awhile to get all the money we needed to pay our bill, and they did not make us feel badly for it.I was so grateful for Kirk. He is someone you can trust. You could tell he was different from the rest of those people who try to sell you the world and take advantage of you. He delivered what he promised and more! He helped me out every step of the way... I could not decide what carpet I wanted, but he helped me on colors and quality. He's a gem! Thank you, CRT Flooring and Kirk!!

Once installed unglued a week later it took almost 5 months for anyone to come out after several promises and excuses from the sales man. I would not recommend them.

CRT did our floors in October of 2018. I walked in one day to 2 dents in my refrigerator. No one had mentioned them to me. I show up the next day and he admits to it. Says they'll pay for it and apologizes. Fast forward to almost March 2019, they have STILL not resolved this issue. We keep getting the run around. Yesterday we received a text asking if we would accept $300. $300 to replace our $2,000 stainless steel fridge?!?! RIDICULOUS!!!

Horrible Customer Service! This was the second installation I have had with them. The first went perfectly. This time there are pieces that do not match in color or in the veins. A second crew came to my home towards the end of this installation and I’m wondering if the first crew ran out of hickory and used walnut to fill in the blank spaces. It is only a guess, as I wasn’t there until the very end. Sadly , I had a box of hickory ,from my first installation , they could have easily used. They also could have come back another day with the proper material. I went through Costco, so they’re my next stop. Surely, a consumer would hope a business would want to satisfy their customers , especially returning ones.

It is supposed to be a professional company. But they hire small companies to do their floor works and at the end they make stupid excuses for not paying.If you really want to look professional then you should call the people that you owe money.And this message is for you CRAIG.These are the pictures of the work that my brother did for them and they did not pay for it.

I worked with Joe and Robert to have lvp and carpeting installed throughout my entire house. They were simply wonderful. Joe was very knowledgeable of products and worked with my budget and no high pressure sales. The installation was completed fast, done well and installers didn't leave a mess of construction dust and other debris. I absolutely recommend CRT Flooring for excellent quality, cost and customer service.

Evelyn and CRT was a great source for me finding in stock carpet for my rental property. Not only was she responsive, she kept me up to date and informed on the time the installers were going to be out to install the carpet since it was a rainy day that morning in San Antonio.Evelyn even took time to come out and vacuum the carpet after the installers left. I would highly recommend Evelyn and CRT Flooring!

We had a great experience with CRT. The salesman that came out to the home was friendly, helpful and patient. The carpet install was smooth and looks beautiful. My only complaint is that it took a week or so to schedule a install date. Also, be aware that the installers left our old thresholds installed so if you want new thresholds or want to remove the thresholds to have just a smooth transition from one room to another you'll need to do that yourself.

They really like to yell at you and then waste your time. Save your money and go somewhere else. I’m missing chunks of carpet and I got yelled at by them. Wow!! Just don’t do it!

When we ordered they told us when it would be ready and where to pick it up (we had a contractor installing for us). When the floor came in they told us 32 boxes where the wrong color so we would have to wait again for the 32 boxes were replaced. (FYI they were not the wrong color, apparently they color name is just different from one branch to the other). Then after the floor was installed we found out it did not include the molding/transition pieces. So we gave them the sqft and Evelyn ordered the pieces and had me pick them up when they came in. When they got to the warehouse there was only 2 pieces but I was under the impression there was supposed to be 3 based off the amount of sqft. So Adam had me call Evelyn when I told him there was a missing piece. Evelyn only ordered 2 not the 3 I thought would be needed. She indicated that was the correct amount. HOWEVER once the pieces were ready to go in my contractor advised we were SHORT a piece! We did need three as I had originally thought. So we had to call Evelyn back again to order another piece. She at first indicated it would be shipped to me, then to her at her location for my convienence, then nope sorry back to the warehouse after all! When we get there to get it, it's not there! Somebody signed for it and it was delivered to them but they can not find it. Over an hour we waited and even helped search for the piece but it could not be found. So we called Evelyn AGAIN this time we advised we wanted it Fedex directly to us ASAP cause this is now the only part of our remodel we are waiting on. Evelyn agreed. Now here we are and STILL no transition piece! Evelyn said she was told by Travis to inform Lane who never told her they couldn't locate it and it would need to be re-ordered! HELLO! I told you this LAST WEEK after we searched the warehouse for over an hour! So where does the buck stop? You already took my money but have yet to provid my purchase! And I'm tired of the excuses . So at this point, no, I will not recommend you and will probably not use you again. Somebody just get me my transition piece, asap!

Purchased CRT Flooring through Costco in Katy, Texas. Install of carpet in three rooms is good. Laminated vinyl flooring was not installed properly Insufficient amount of fill to level the floors. Bumps, rolls and hollow places throughout. Install team was focused on doing a two day install instead of the three needed. Did not arrive with sufficient fill to level floor on day one. Did not bring any to job site on day two because fill takes 24 hours to set up. Although sales agreed in contract to three day install, the team install leader prevailed forcing the work in two days, finishing at 9:00 PM. Sales "forgot" to mention toilets would be removed and we would be responsible for plumber/replacement. Entry was vinyl was "overlooked" by sales on order and pricing invoice after meeting competitors price. Attempts to resolve install issues have revealed that three local install team leaders apparently do not return phone calls from Regional Manager. Should have gone with local independent flooring company instead of Costco partner who is not Costco.

Terrible Service!!I purchased carpet for 2 houses. Carpet was supposed to installed on Monday 8/22. I called on Friday before to confirm and was told I was on the schedule. Monday comes and no carpet. I called and was told I was removed from the schedule but they could come on Tuesday. Not acceptable! Scheduling said that sales knew they could not install the carpet on Monday and were supposed to call me, but did not.At 5pm 1 guy showed up to install 4 rooms of carpet. Finally at 7pm another guy showed. At 11pm they still had not finished. They said they would come back on Wednesday at 8am to finish but its now 9:30 and no carpet installers have showed!!! I am going to cancel my order for the second house.

We went to the Store and Keith immediately helped us by showing some options to install wood floors and replace our carpet in 3 rooms. No pressure, made my wife and I feel very welcome. He set up and appointment to come to our home and gave us a very good proposal. The nice thing about the price is it is one price per square foot to do the job. This includes furniture moving, removal of the existing carpet, minor fixes of the floor to ensure no dips and clicking when walk on it, and lastly the highest quality installation. We are getting an estimate from one other company for our peace of mind in that we have the best deal. That said I anticipate that our go to will be CRT Flooring Concepts (projections show a $2,000 plus savings).

Once again CRT Flooring fails! I have had 3 appointments set now with CRT Flooring to come fix their product, and I have been stood up 3 times now. This is the worst service I have ever had in my life! I was told repeatedly that someone would show up all to have no shows. I had to follow up with the customer service representatives after I was told multiple times they would call me with updates all to have hours pass and no phone calls. I should be charging them for my time that they have wasted.

We wanted to replace the carpet in our new house and used CRT flooringservices. Keith Knodel was our sales agent. Keith was patient,knowledgeable, and is a pro in this business. Because of him we got agreat deal as well as a quick replacement. Let me elaborate:1. CRT price beat the price by Lowe's, Home Dept, and highly ratedAtlas Flooring, and Abbey Flooring by at least 75 cents per squarefoot. For a 1000 square foot size carpet (a lower-side estimate), thesavings are $750!2. Other competitors will charge you extra for carpet removal,padding, stairs, labor (or some combination), getting estimates but CRT will puteverything into the cost of carpet per square foot and yet be cheaperthan others.3. Most of the other companies we went to, told us that it will takethem anywhere between 10 days to 6 weeks for replacement. CRT got ourcarpets replaced in 7 days from selection to old carpet removal toputting new carpet.Postscript: Keith took measurements in our house. Initially, we wereskeptical of his estimated size of 1350 square foot. When the carpetinstallers finished, they were left with a total of 12 square foot ofcarpet. So Keith was accurate within 12/1350 x 100 = 0.9%. That man,Keith, is a pro. We would highly recommend Keith and CRT flooring!

My mom had the worst experience with her flooring installation. She had laminate wood and tile installed in her entire home. The contractors incompetent and lazy! They also destroyed many of her furnishings. The customer service was also lacking. They finished the job over 6 weeks ago, and have not returned to fix the mistakes. Repeated calls to the company have resulted in nothing! I was planning to use CRT to replace the floors in my home, but not now. I will not recommend to anyone.
