This company is wonderful to work with. I have had two complete homes done in high end laminate and another with partial laminate and partial carpet by Carpet Mill. They are courteous and prompt and have nothing but top notch installers working for them. I can highly recommend them with no hesitation. Give them a try and you will be happy with them too.

if i could give a zero or negative review i would because this whole process with the owner and management was a joke and a waste of time. So a family member had tile installed and they installed defective tile. the tile representative came to her house and stated the tile was defective and that she was getting new tile at either the cost of carpet mill or his company BC dirt got into the glazing machine and was permanently fixed into the finish. what could have prevented all this from happening, if the installer inspected each tile instead of assuming since a few are good they are all good. this was around easter now its just about mid way through July. carpet mill has done nothing to fix this to this date. they keep saying they are coming out but never do. today July 9th they came out and said they can't do the floors BC they need their wood guy. funny thing is they never touched the wood floors when they installed the defective tile floor. I would not recommend this company, but if you do decide to use them inspect each and every tile so you don't have to go through this hassle. I will gladly up date and edit this once this situation comes to a resolution. So they came out and ripped up the new floors and sent a guy to pick up the tile, when he returned he had no tile, and a lame excuse that the tile fell off the fork lift, and that now her tile would be in on Thursday. Thursday came and no tile workers showed up. when she went down there they gave her a full refund. when she went to cash the check the check was no good, and she had to once again go down there and deal with another one of there goof ups. Carpet Mill hires contractors to do there work. Most are lowest bidder and don't care about your house or what is being put into it as long as they are getting paid. She went to a competitor a few blocks down the road and they came in and cleaned up the mess carpetmill left behind and installed the tile and it was done right the 1st time without any issues. my family will never buy or refer anyone to carpetmill. there is a reason this clown has to mark his stuff below the competition.

I had carpet mill install tile in my house in 2010, within a few weeks my grout started to come up I called Marshall the owner and he said the grout was defective so he would send out a representative from the grout company, nobody ever came. I had another tile guy come look at my tile and he said the grout wasn't mixed correctly! I have called several times and they said they would come out over the past five years, I am very frustrated I spent over 9000$ to have porcelain tile in, in may they sent a tile guy out Toby the original one who put the tile in and he ripped my tile out in the kitchen we are walking on wood, he said I will order the correct tile and we will install it. Well its August Marshall said he would come out to my house today to look at it again nobody showed up no phone call! Marshall is saying they don't make my tile anymore I have called them over 30 times in the past five years they are liars and I am thoroughly disgusted, I am telling you they do not follow through and they are not licensed don't be deceived please go to another place! I will be contacting the news and I am going to sue! See you in court Marshall that's if you show up! In response to the new post from the carpet mill they are being untruthful again, we have called several times over the past years, we have called and left several messages, because of the promises they would come back out and never have. They continue to avoid our calls and tell us that the man that they need has pancreatic cancer, then Marshall told us that our tile that they pulled up is no longer available. When Toby came out he said no problem I will order the tile and we will install it at our cost! Now he refuses to call us back! Worst company ever! Marshall we will see you in court we have Toby on video when he came out and exactly what he said, we will alse sue for defamation of character for lying about us! You continue to give us false promises and you lie! The grout is coming up in my laundry room in my hallway in my master bathroom, if you call it bullying for us to continue to call for you to do what we paid for and you promised is ridiculous! Whatever happen to customer service Marshall? This is the fastest response I have got from you since I had my tile and carpet put in. Did you call me? No you took to the internet the same day to try and defend your lousy business practices!
In regards to the first issue of the grout, a installer did in fact go to the residents a repair the areas that were pointed out by customer. Then 4 years later the customer called about issues with tile in the kitchen. A installer was sent out to see if issue was any how related to the Us. When the installer arrived he did see tile buckling. The homeowner asked the installer to pull up a tile to see if he could tell what the problem was. When he did , the floor was soaked down to the sub floor and surrounding areas. The homeowners sawthe water and then proceeded to find more water under the sink. We are not responsible for floors damaged by leaky or flooded plumbing. The homeowners said they will have to call their insurance and go from there. The water damage looked extensive . Now they are harassing the installer, calling and texting him at all hours , including threats at 2am (we have the texts and voice mails). These people have went to far and bullying will not work. Thank you carpetmill

Carpet Mill is an older, well established company that seems to advertise by word of mouth more than anything else. GREAT installers. I've purchased both carpet and laminate from them. The carpet was actually the weight I chose, and not a cheaper version of the same thing. The laminate top quality, at the same price as medium quality elsewhere.
