If you are still within your warranty period and discover a defect, please immediately notify the authorized Shaw Floors retailer you purchased your carpet from.
To make a warranty claim, present the following items to your authorized Shaw Floors retailer:
- a valid proof of purchase in the form of a sales receipt or other documents
- a detailed description of the problem and/or a photograph/ sample that clearly shows the issue
